great video- can you use Rouvy in the view where you do not see your bike (maybe called first person) but are seeing the road in ROuvy like you see the real road? if so, does it still show me my W/kg? thanks for a response.

Broke my collar bone this time last year. Jumped on a turbo trainer few days later. Couldn’t do a lot for the first few weeks.but just turning over the pedals and moving your body helps keeps the oxygen and blood pumping round the body to aid recovery

You fell off yr bike cos your all ride those stupid looking mountain bike crap heaps that are supposed to be racing bikes. Yr problem Sir is frame geometry. Bike a classic race bike and you will have better balance and handling and won't fall off and look like a nob.

Dope or no dope, it blows my mind that a person could hold that insane cadence for nearly 40 minutes without dying. The strain the lungs and heart are under must be incredible

Lucky lad could have been worse. Road shoes and clip in pedal are so dangerous. Perhaps try a unicycle no hands reqd, just dont fall off. Seriously sure you cant ride a static trainer one handed. Men can do a lot of things one handed.

Just broke my left collarbone again, YES it's twice now. commute from work :/ Self crashing... got it on camera doesn't look really fancy or something... but besides collarbone also shoulder blade broke. Lost a week, because of trying (at the ER docs decision was good I agree on that) to let it heal without operation... well that didn't went well. Pity, but I guess just with a desault shoulder wrap/vest you can't really stabilize, fixate a broken collarbone. Also I didn't remember how to properly fit those and because of the trauma I didn't strap it tight enough I suppose... Already feeling quite ok. Getting of those pain killers probably is a good idea. I took a lot .... while trying to recover with the still broken bone... I took it not because of pain, the pain was constant... I took them to finally ease it off a little... So it was just watching the clock when I can throw in the next pill. Never liked pain killers I always tried to avoid them if possible. I guess here it was impossible or was it? dont know but afterwards thinking of it... I think I took to much. Have a good recovery, take your time.

Dr's advice just a guideline mate. In your future I see a high level race tandem with you on the back using elbow pads and gaffer tape to tie up and support. You've only lost the use of some of your forearm and hand. Adapt and overcome and get those legs turning and get some challenges knocked out. You'd have a race buddy or few who would go up front to totally send it with whatever you come up with.
