Hi Mam, the firm terminated me with immediate effect after serving them for 5.5yrs. Please suggest. They are not ready to pay for the terminated month's salary, no 1 month was given for termination. Please share your number Mam. I am facing issues.
Hi, they need to give you sufficient notice and reason for termination unless it was related to integrity. In such cases there can be immediate termination. Check their termination policy, some one from office can help you with the policy

I got terminated from Kotak Bank due to Absconding from service.
Wat if dey ask to resign or ur terminated.. wen asked why they say ur performance was not upto in a situation where in ur being promoted every yr for good work and 1 before termination the same manager use to tel u dat ur performance is outstanding ur back bone I wil never let u go.... Wen they had work they made us work late nit with no extra pay wen team was leaving I did double shift to manage the process and suddenly they ask me to resign... With out giving me feedback abt my poor performance and without putng me to PIP they jus say terminated or resign is this legally ryt

If a managerial or deputy manager post employee force to resign and kept for three months, they will give ready to give three month salary but with no proper reason and person don't want to give resign then they terminate that employee so managerial grade employee go to labour court or not ??????🙏🙏🙏

Mam my current company given me relieving letter but not experience letter and FNF they are threatening me that i have fought with HR and manager. Its been 35 days over
You can tell them if you have a proper reason to hold my fnf then give me in writing otherwise I will have to consult a lawyer

I worked in bpo company for one month due to health issue i resigned and completed all exit formalities. Now the company not giving releving letter for one month. I have exit form copy does it works Alternate to releving letter
Send them an email asking for your letter. Follow up twice and then tell them I will have to consult a lawyer if you do not give me the letter. Mark the management also on this email
