  I have tongue sensations,weird tongue symptoms like tingling,crawling feeling etc. I feel uneasy on my tongue dat mkes my anxiety aggravate. DONT KNOW WAT IS HAPPENING BUT I CANT HANDLE IT ITS SO BAD THE ENTIRE DAY...SO SO MUCH UNEASY ON MY TONGUE...

  I just had a sweaty face. Yet My Period came back for the first time in over a year, and it's so frustrating. I went through at least Seven "Pads" in 7 Hours. Also it's a pain in terms of Garbage.

  Hi. My only question is if a gel is applied on face, how much of it should be used? And can the gel be mixed with a face cream and then applied? I just need these answered please. How much is safe?

  You DO NOT apply HRT gel on your FACE. It applies on your body. Upper arms, bum, belly, inner legs. Always where you have a bit of fat and definitely NOT to mix with anything. It is chemically manufactured!!!

  Who else is frustrated with this advice? The God Damn patch should not be falling off or be able to get diluted by water when bathing, showering, or swimming. I have to waterproof the thing everyday. And yes, water diluted the patch, and your hot flashes could come back. This may lead to an increase in medication because the doctors are unaware of this.

  I just have to know why they picked outer arms and inner thighs? Is it optimal absorbtion, convenience, dose optimisation? Back of my legs and front of my whole arm seem like good absorbative (not tough skin or rubbing thighs) to me. I choose my areas because i also need to moisturise dry outer skin. I avoid boobs, of course. The gel seems to get along with my skin better (no allergy like the patches) but why not spread on the tummy? I am not doing that, but know not why.

  For more info, the patch I am not allergic to is out of supply. Please, why the tougher outer arms and super soft inner thighs??? I want to put it on my inner arms or back.

  Palpitations, lacking confidence. These 2 slipped by me and every professional I talked to about it. Could not stand & introduce myself in my grad class, confounded the professor who was an older gentleman 😂. Tried explaining my recent palpitations in the ER, told me to go home, but come back if I experienced them again 😳. I'm beginning to write off everything as "getting old" like my mum always did. 🤷🏾‍♀️

  One who doesn't understand, that, "the gluten in spelt" have been consumed for hundreds of years, and that, the sugars it makes, gives energy to the body, therefore, humans in those days were never tired! And, a doctor, or a nutritionist, who, avoids "gluten", but consumes cheezes, doesn't just make sense! haha

  ​Patches will definitely help. Just DON'T wet them. They get washed away and you will feel the symptoms!!!!
