I seriously though aw well I enjoyed my life while it lasted. as it threw me from quarter to 3 to quarter past I just hit full speed the turned left out of it my Suzuki 20 hp just about made it the propeller was not always in the water and it was screaming like mad. it appeared to be about 10 minutes in there at the time but reallyty it must of been only seconds. Alright Ray If ever you come down south, you can park your motorhome in the same place you launch from. Look up Baiter Park, in Poole, Dorset. There’s a slipway in the car park and spaces big enough for motorhomes and vehicles with trailers. Google maps, satellite view. All the best Chris

    Standing on it gets the last bit of air my weight will do. If your heavier than my 10 stone you will get mor air out. I’ve done it where the bag looks two sizes too big for the boat lol. I use the mini leaf blower to start blow it to saggy all around then the leaf blower till it’s hard all round then the foot pump to get the right bar.

    @@raykeogh1972 Ok thanks for your reply. Does your mini leaf blower have a few valve attachments for the Halkey Roberts Valve and the Boston Valve or did you buy the valve attachments for the mini leaf blower separately? Curious to know how you did it with your boat style of valve, or does your boat have the Leafield Marine C7 valve? I'm interested to buy a mini leaf blower for its portable benefits for both starting off inflating my boat and to start off my wife's stand up paddleboard then finishing her board off to 15psi with the stand up double action hand pump. I'd like mini leaf blower to start things off and as a suction action near the end like you did here.

  • @raykeogh1972
    @raykeogh1972 Жыл бұрын

    @@markweatherall7437 Niether, What you have to do is push the valve in as to let it down, then put your leaf nozzle to the valve and turn it on. When you get to it being fully blown get your thumb ready to swivel the valve. it lets some air out but thats when you use the fut pump to get it to the right pressure. it should be only 10 foot pressures .

    Glad it could help you. It really is easy. The problem I will have is, I was to circumnavigate around the isle of White. To do this I have my Motorhome to drop off when it’s all set up and I can’t leave my boat without the thought it will go missing. Finding a slipway is easy finding a place to park us a nightmare. At Loch Lomond it was perfect I even stayed there 2 nights leaving my SIB blown up to get back into the water easy.

    This was my first time EVER on water with any floatation device, I saw a guy on the Isle of Mull a few months ago and asked what he used his dinghy for? he told me to go island hopping. at 63 that was something Ive wanted to do since I was 17 but thought I could never afford a boat. Did not think I could do that in a dinghy. So I bought one and got as many gadgets for it that I could afford, Northern boat club on FaceBook said they where going on a 2 day outing so I drove to Scotland. Lucky for me a guy from the RLNI was there because I could not get the brand new engine running he was a big guy and we where both shattered trying to start it but in the end He did it. after getting out and loving the experience for 20 minutes the boat cut out lucky for me the same guy was in distance and I shouted him, it would not start. Again we both tried it till we where shattered so he called another guy on the vhf radio who told him to pull me to the island he was on. RNLI guys boat engine was a 115hp so getting towed by that was an experience to lol. I told this new guy its like its not sparkinghe played with it and then took the cowling off and we both noticed at the same time the spark plug lead had come out. after that it was great. I followed them as much as I could but their boats where well to powerful than mine so I headed back not knowing the way so I got my iphone out and hoped to god that google maps would help me back. lucky for me it got me perfectly back and told me how long it would take. BRILLIANT. Thanks for asking. 🙂

    Bloody well done mate! What a way to start (engine issue aside!) on that wonderful loch! I’m just starting out myself, i was given a small 2.6mtr SIB and I took a risk buy a very cheap old 4hp mariner 2stroke off ebay that had been neglected. But it has been overhauled by me and now runs very reliably, but so far only used it on the river near me but I’m desperate to try it on somewhere bigger. What set up are you running?

    It may well do. If your using it as a pro and need 5 batteries it still works because it has a fast charger on it I normally, just for example do a building using all one battery. I have my batteries set at 32% return home. I put the used battery in the charger and a fresh battery in the drone so it’s charging from go. Walk around till I see another place I want to do. By the time I’ve finished doing the next video the used battery is nearly halfway charged. And I still have another fully charged battery. That’s only running the charger normal. If I used the fast charger usb slot it would be well finished and I have two banks of memory. I have not run out of a battery so far.
