  If the flow is using out of the box sendEmail action, then the flow would fail to deliver the email in following cases: 1. If the size of email recepients for each email that needs to be sent out is greater than 5. 2. If the sendEmail action is getting triggered more than 12 times (highly possible to overshoot this limit in case the flow is a record triggered flow which is having multiple flow interviews based on the firing criteria). In either cases, writing an invocable and sending out the emails using Messasing.SingleEmailMessage should do the trick.

  We can create a text field which accepts numbers as text and create a validation rule for any alphabets or characters other than those numbers.

  We can enable the user permission 'Waive Multi-Factor Authentication for exempt users' at the profile (System Administrator) level to bypass MFA for admins. However, the admins need to login via Non-SSO (username and password) to bypass the MFA in case the MFA is enabled at the org level under Identity Verification.

  Custom permission or custom setting assigning that user will be the answer. You need to add the bypassing logic to the validation rule as well

  We can use custom setting and add the user to it. Mention the same custom setting to validation rule. In this way in future if we want to bypass any user we can just add it to custom setting

  Starting with context, before insert update delete. Using trigger call the handler. In trigger use trigger. New & trigger. Old(for delete). In handler 1st get the set of accounids using for loop. It that set is not empty create a list using P 2 C soql queries in filter use the above set of ids. Now loop over this list & nested for loop over it using the list that we are getting from trigger. Then acc. Total related males = contact. Males. Size(). I hope this works
