I just watch Watchmen the movie for the first time today even tho I made the reaction for this a few days ago and this one looks exactly like the live action from Zack Snyder. I think. Read how the story is pretty straight forward few issue story and that the live action and this are basically the exact story just fresher with animation and being a 2 parter the live action is around 3 hours long for the film one

Ngl I feel like the ending was slight rushed for some reason like it just felt to quick of a resolution. Did you hear how they already have the prequel made when this one came out but are still waiting for a distribution hopefully A24 again and that that finished filming their sequel too!
I heard about the sequel, I didn't hear about the prequel. Looking forward to it. The ending was rushed but didn't mind it because I feel like it matched the character's emotions and thinking during the time.
I honestly feel like Hop was directing his verse at Swizzz too. Tech is always dope but I’m glad you recognized Killer Mike. He’s been in the game for a hot minute and was underrated for a long time. Nice reaction
Thanks for checking out my reaction! I tried to think of others who Hop would be directing his verse toward, but most people I thought of. He squashed the beef with from what he said in interviews. Swizzz is the only one that was really close to him like a brother that I have not heard he squashed things with.

@@thechipmunk1708YES! Hear me out, it's a slow burn movie that explodes at the end, and the slow burn part was really boring, uninteresting, overhyped, and was not scary, it's not scary at all! There's at least 3-4 jumpscares and only probably 1 would scare ya, and the creepiness of it? 2-4/10. I do not recommend watching it but you do you if you want to watch this movie that ends predictably because of how it was presented. This movie is overhyped and you would be disappointed on how hyped this movie was, idk what the critics were thinking when they thought about the movie. It's a 2-4/10 for me, it's not good-great, it's just not good. I don't recommend this lol, i was with my girlfriend and we were both disappointed from beginning to the end.
@@thechipmunk1708 OMG YES!!! OVERHYPED! Showing my age, I saw the Blair Witch Project in 1999, I was so mad at the lack of a reveal, I stood outside and yelled the ending to the next show lol. This movie LongLegs at best, is at best a Saturday afternoon on Chiller movie. A few yuck scenes and a creepy yet easily defeated bad guy

My boyfriend and I are big horror fans and we went in tonight with zero expectations and no trailers or spoilers. We both HATED it, and, if you want to read why, it's below. SPOILERS: We felt it was very pretentious and arty, and trying very hard to be a big statement film. The cinematography was beautiful, but it was always drawing attention to itself in a way which was, for lack of a better term, very film school. And my boyfriend is a director, so he would know and I'm an illustrator, so I feel I have some experience, too. I heard someone say it's this generation's The Silence of the Lambs, but it's too showy and medium-focused for a seemingly simple and twisting story of a killer that it seems to be going for. The mystery part of the narrative was undermined by the lazy implementation of the supernatural elements. We never really see how the cypher works, or why the notebooks were important. Every part of the mystery is just HANDED to us with little respect for the seriousness the script is trying to put on it. And the supernatural elements are so trite and paint-by-numbers as to be nearly inconsequential. It's a satanic cult, and he can mind control them because Satan. The mom has a big hand in it and yet seems to have no chemistry with the daughter. Every twist was both so bland that I almost missed the reveal and entirely predictable. I have never felt so delrious trying to follow a plot like this. Like I simultaneously knew the next twist and also had no idea and UTTERLY could not care. _TDLR:_ It feels like the whole movie hates the genre and the audience so much that it makes a shitty facsimile of a detective drama and a supernatural horror to mock its audience and then further talks down to them by "prettying" the movie up with art house cinematography and hammy dialogue that feels forced. Only good part was Nick being Nick. Disrespectful, and terrible movie.

Yeah so Studio Ponac is a studio that was created by former Studio Ghibli employees and animators so that’s why it has the feel and look of a Ghibli film. Their first film and only project they had before The Imaginary was Mary and the Witch’s Flower which came out around 2017 I believe it’s really good. Nice to see that they are able to make a second film for the studio

interesting to hear your thoughts. this video is supposed to be the ending of the story they've been telling over the last 4 albums that is a metaphor for battling with your insecurities and mental health struggles. would recommend checking out their video 'I am Clancy' to help you understand who the characters are. An overview is that Clancy (tyler), used to be trapped in the city of Dema, controlled by the 9 bishops (red hooded figures) who are led by Nico. The rebel group, Banditos (people wearing yellow tape), led by the torchbearer (josh) helped him escape and he discovered some new powers that have allowed him to return to the city with the Banditos to try to fight back against Nico and the Bishops.

2:28 Tokyo Revengers is so great. I’ve read the entire manga and it has probably gotta be my favorite and the anime adaptation is spot on and the animation is amazing voice acting also. I’d recommend 💯💯💯

I’m not a critic or anything but I just saw the movie last night (dead meat early screening event) and I say it was a pretty good film with great plot and suspense
i like how they keep geting up on higher things in the video, as though they are taking bigger and bigger risks which kinda mirrors the message of the song of checking in on your friends in case they're hiding they're struggles or even thinking about hurting themselves.

Im going with a prediction score of a 9/10. And ill give a after score when i see it.
I think it will be a brilliant film. But its going to be more on the arthouse style imo. Probably a slow-paced dialog-driven film. That will have a very dark creepy tone to it. Especially with how Ozgood did his other films like blackcoats daughter. But im excited more than ever for this film. Definitely the one i want to see the most this yr.
I think it will be good to. I just hope the hyper expectations doesn't hurt it. I just didn't see as much hype for Furiosa Mad Max Film and I enjoyed that. Don't know if I should still lower my expectations lol. To still be pleasantly surprised.
@thechipmunk1708 I agree. I didn't expect Furiosa to be very good. I wanted the Tom Hardy mad max waste land over Furiosa. But I did end up enjoying it. So I do agree that I hope Longlegs lives up to the hype. And I believe it will. From what reviews I've seen it's as good as we are thinking. But if you do go in with low expectations it does help if the film turns out not as good as the hype.
