  Sir I donot agree with your words because teaching is recognised in india if not why the government schools and government teacher's its all about the way we are thinking I think you are bored of teaching from years please travel a month in a year it will solve your problem I don't know why you are expecting to change the designation even the doctor do not change their designation after 25 years of experience

  you are comparing apples and oranges. Govt teachers have safe job but private coaching industry doesn't have any rules. They change salaries, fire people as they grow older and what not. Its easy for you to assuem a few things from the outside but i have been in this for more than 14 years now so i know what i am saying.
