I might need to adjust my reel winding so thanks for the video. I have had my reel for around 10 years and it was faded like yours due to the UV damage. When you remove the middle plate you can really see what it was like at new. I just got my colour back to almost new green by using an electric heat gun. On medium power you can get reasonably close and after a few seconds the faded plastic turns green again. Experiment by time and distance and you will get back to an almost new colour and makes it look like you have just bought it.
