I'm really enjoying the content! Would love to see more brown guests however; the discourse has never been about race, but race informs so much of our perspectives, our upbringing, and therefore also the food we consume and provide. Maybe one day we'll get a brown guest.

We are on the page that Muslim and Indian food culture, for such rich history formed with complex flavours, is a criminally neglected realm. We have tried to get guests on and unfortunately things haven't gone our way.. but we are working on it!

Just stick to Vegan, the alliums, onions, garlic gang is religion base they have temples for that. U r a restaurant so serve hot tea & coffee too.(without milk though)
