This stuff is neat but I do not buy any of it. Random cards with intriguing pictures can in no conceivable way inform a reader about the mark (the paying customer) much less tell their future.

I am a believer in Jesus Christ. I am told there are tarot readings in the back area (inside) of many churches. They have been telling me since last year. I am not the one to intrude. However, what would you do? They aren't gambling. They do tarot for a fee at night. In the churches. Advice, anyone.-CNS

Rabino Daniel boa tarde. Atenciosamente Wilma

The fool is my favorite card ❣️ my soul card is the high priestess though. Also W.B. Yeats is my favorite poet and I just learned like last year that he was about this life. Also, a few things: 1) Every reader has a different style (some don't pay attention to 'reversed' cards, some prefer for the person being read to shuffle the cards, other readers don't want you to touch their deck for any reason (I tend to be that way, I'm anal retentive about energy and I cleanse my decks at the earliest opportunity if someone touches them). 2) this was correct in that if you get death in your reading, don't panic. It indicates an ending, or starting something new, not necessarily that your days are numbered. Feel free to panic if you get the Tower in a reading though, that usually means you're gonna have a bad time.

So it’s okay for a person with PTSD, Anxiety, Stress, Schizophrenia, and so forth to read what you wrote and they shouldn’t panic because you know the source of life and death, and that your cards could possibly help someone to live or create an imagery in their mind that they could die soon based on your beliefs and their own … wow if this don’t sound like some mid evil day stuff … this stuff is not even a faith it’s some drawn up, sorcery from a group of people from Europe wow

Thank you for this video... 🕯️📖 Tonight Saturday sunset to Sunday sunset, 17/18 December 2022 is the hillula (anniversary of the elevation of the soul) of RAV AVRAHAM ABULAFIA, connecting us to the power of real inner work through meditation Abulafia emphasized that through proper understanding and practice, any person can use the Hebrew language as a means to arouse tremendous, intuitive capabilities. He wrote: “Look at these holy letters with truth and belief: [it] will awaken the heart to thoughts of g~dly and prophetic images.” Rav Avraham Abulafia was a Rabbi and Kabbalist and is considered the father of prophetic Kabbalah also known as ecstatic kabbalah: Kabbalah that is more concerned with the experiential learning of Kabbalah. The goal in this is to connect to G~d (become one with g~d) in order to receive spiritual enlightenment to the point of prophecy. How? According to Rav Abulafia, by using practical techniques, including movement and sound, and connecting to the Hebrew letters Rav Abulafia was born in 1240 in the city of Zaragoza in Spain. Later his family moved to the city of Tudela, where he was educated until the age of 18. For nearly a decade, he studied the Rambam's book _"the guide to the perplexed"_ (Moreh Nevuchim). Then he moved to Barcelona, which was an important Jewish center at the time. Rav Abulafia researched and put together 12 interpretations of the Sefer Yetzirah ("the book of formation" attributed to Avraham Avinu). He also had a revelation that included an instruction to go to Rome to meet with the Pope! He relied on the fact that the Ramban (Nachmanides) claimed a few years before that the Messiah would go to Rome! With a great and prolonged effort Rav Abulafia shared his method of Kabbalah, both in writing and orally. At the same time he began to write his essays, among them 36 secrets of Maimonides book Moreh Nevuchim, (guide to the perplexed) which contains prominent features of his Kabbalistic path and he then began to teach students, including Kabbalists. At the same time in an effort to fulfill the prophetic vision he had received to meet with the Pope, he traveled to Rome and tried to meet him to tell him about his way of kabbalah, and even try to convert the Pope to his way of thinking! The pope heard about him and decreed “to burn the fanatic as soon as he arrived” ~ but on August 22 1280, just as Abulafia arrived, the pope himself suddenly died. Rav Abulafia was arrested for several weeks, and during this time he wrote his important and widespread meditation manual Sefer Chaye Ha'olem Ha'ba ("life of the world to come"). To say the least, Rav Abulafia was controversial. Mainly because of his innovations, which were a special combination of the Rambam's teachings according to Abulafia's understanding, and mystical techniques that he drew from the Sefer Yetzirah about the color m nations of the Hebrew letters. He also combined elements from yoga with special breathing exercises in his teachings and all this new combination made him popular among the young. Rav Avraham Abulafia attracted to his special Kabbalistic path many Kabbalists such as Rabbi Chaim Vital, Rabbi Moshe Cordovero and others, who were looking for a more introspective religiosity, and less preoccupations with the theosophical methods of the mainstream in Kabbalah. Rabbi Avraham Abulafia elevated his soul in 1291 (some say 1292?) and is buried on the Island of Comino, near Malta.

I won’t ever get a reading done for myself with tarot cards. I don’t want to know what’s going to happen. I don’t want to get to believing them to where I base my life on them and continue getting readings. I’m skeptical and a little bit superstitious.

  • @slsthewriter1299

Fair enough! I will say, from what I've seen from the community, a lot of tarot is less these cards telling you what's going on, and more of a processing and interpreting what's going on. The cards are vague and based on universal experiences as to almost incite what's already on your mind. So depending on current situations, you would interpret the cards differently. So. It's essentially more of a therapy session about getting the "patient" in the headspace to talk about what's going on, and then probing to see if there's anything you can do about it. But, ignorance is bliss as well. xD Wandering around the world and going through the motions is an equally justified way of going through life.

I’m an atheist, but maybe check out the story of the Witch of Endor. Basically, in the Bible’s first book of Samuel, Saul consults the Witch of Endor. He wants the prophet Samuel to be called from beyond the grave, and asked to give his predictions on the future.

Wow calling people back from the grave, who gave this power to man??? And if there is a person out there with this so called super power why haven’t anyone returned from the grave, but you with the cards can speak to them when they are dead wow, humans out here talking to spirits denying that their is a God, and I guess believe some sick man from Europe is the One That Heads this Script Or Game being ran on people for personal gain of money, when all tarot readers should have jobs or doing something constructive instead of sitting around being lazy, freaky, and vile all day this is what I see when I’m around people that believe in this stuff one person said he’s anal about his cards??? That’s a perverting way of saying something when y’all are claiming these spirits are of Good sound like a bunch of freaks waiting to get paid if someone believes the dumb lies being told to them from a tarot card reader
