I don’t want to be a FULL TIME OTR owner operator but I want to bring on other owner operators under my trucking authority when it’s registered with the FMCSA and USDOT. Can you get a grant from the government to start a trucking company
@@eli4276 it’s very difficult to find grants and qualify for them or sometimes they run out of funding. It’s probably best to invest your own money or have a limited partnership with a business partner that has either EXCEPTIONAL credit and don’t mind co-signing for startup business capital as long as you bring something to the table

If you plan to operate your company in the US we can help you with your application. If your company will be out of the US we will be unable to help you with your application process since the laws and regulations will be different.
the only thing i learned about the "clearinghouse" is that it ruins lives sinmple as that. Why does it only report positive tests, this is truly a demonized system
So, if you're "operating in" the full lower 48, do you need someone in each state? I'm not planning to run my own authority at first, as I have another avenue I'll be initially running under. I know I'll need a registered agent for my LLC in my state, but I'd be hauling for another company (under their DOT) primarily out of another state. Thanks!
Hi Adrian, thanks for watching. You don't need a registered agent in every state for an LLC. Your company entity is filed at the state level, so having a registered agent in that state is the only requirement,
