  I cried with him when he found out him and Thors mom died... Despite the fantasy, that was heavy.. I also have issues with my mom.. that shit hit different... I feel like I understand loki's marvel built character from the family acceptance issues perspective.

  thor was dumbass back then, loki was smart and know his brother's method to keep asgard safe is brute and not effective. But his dad never trusted loki, so he said "fuck it"

  It is interesting how Loki's frost giant heritage is ignored for the rest of the MCU. I don't mind that they dropped it, the whole plot seemed strange to me. My complaint is more that it is annoying when they can't keep consistency through a universe. Edit - - - - I do like that Loki got a bit of redemption though. He didn't become good, but he at least developed a bit of a moral code and no longer tried to ruin everything. The straight up villain of Thor and Avengers was boring, and I don't like villains. His later personality being narcissistic and unreliable but not really evil was much more entertaining and likable.
