I used to think the double bass on this song was ridiculous when i first heard it (around when i started playing drums). Now 2 years later I can tear this shit up! This song is def the best to play

They are a great metal band better than some of the stuff out now like asking Alexandria but the one thing these new bands do have is just gobs of energy and while the music is okay they are fun to watch while a band like this is okay to watch and just awesome to listen too

yeah i guess i understand but from the standpoint of growing up being that weird kid that listens to nu-metal the transition feels a bit weird... nonetheless i have no problem with dd's music, ill listen to anything if it kicks ass

@laynefuller not really bro , i have been listening to chamber for years on end , and was pretty happy for him when i saw this band. two completely different genres , but , one thing is clear , dez is a fucking master at what he does. If you look at interviews with him and stuff , he said a couple times this is what he wanted. he wanted to create an unstoppable force, thus , dd was born.

Just recently discovered DD after losing Dez out of my sight for couple of years after Coalchamber. He sure has matured, less shock-rock maybe, but more power, more rage, I like it!

eeeh, i know a lot of people arent huge fans of coal chamber, but i just dont like how dez went from a nu-metal master with his freaky as shit stage presence, to just another metal vocalist... idk about everyone else but to me it makes his seem cheap to me

@bosspirnie Yeah live is never as precise as the studio, but the studio lacks the reality of live music (feedback, intensity, crowd interaction and emotion). I remember seeing Pantera and Slayer live, that was an intense show! I also saw Devil Driver with Gwar in San Diego and they sounded badass!
