needs more cowbell!
Agreed!😁
Beautiful! 💕
Thank you!
That was quite the excursion!!!!!
We had a blast!
the search for bigfoot continues...
I think I'm getting close.
I hope you enjoy this episode with Mrs. Rugged NW Excursions and me! These waterfalls were really cool to see way out in the middle of nowhere. And we loved checking out the historical abandoned ranch! We will definitely visit this location again and do a more in-depth vlog about this amazing spot.
Wow cool
any trip that you dont get attacked by bigfoot is a success, glad you live youre still alive
Agreed! 😆
This was a fun little scouting trip. Found some cool places to come back to and camp this summer. Subscribe and help me get to 1000 subscribers by 2025! You can also watch without ads on my Patreon www.patreon.com/Rugged_NW_Excursions
Spectacular views!
I'm here for the snowy drone footage, relaxing river sounds and soft piano music. Love this!
Thank you very much!
Close one, you almost turned into big foot food
Almost, haha!
So cold
It sure was, but still a nice time!
Great video!! I’ve been dealing with the same stuff like closed roads, too high of elevation, and in general, just finding good places to camp in the PNW. Maybe we’ll see eachother out there one day!
Yeah the PNW is amazing, but learning where the secluded gems are for winter is a challenge. See ya out there!
Bigfoot stole it!
I'm pretty sure Bigfoot had something to do with it. 😆
That was too scary!!!
I could smell the onions...
Sometimes those side of the road spots can be rough looks like you had a decent view for this one though. You nailed it with bringing up how sometimes the primary and back up spots are all no-gos. Day light dwindles quick in winter and at some point ya just gotta call it and take the first thing that comes along. Really nice job on the intro showing all the different scenarios for winter camping trips.
I appreciate the feedback!
I haven’t watched a camping video through and through in a long time. Loved the production style and content. Would have been cool to add in a short hike! Subscribed!
Awesome, thank you! Sadly there weren't any trails in that area, but stay tuned for some bushwhacking and river fording in an upcoming episode.
At its heart, overlanding really is about heading into the middle of nowhere and camping by the side of a dirt road. Everything else is just fluff. 😄
You're right. Hence my shame in having to settle on the side of a "paved" road 😆
Thumbs up and this comment by 1:43 just for telling it the way it is baby.
It's not all pretty sunsets and wild flowers out there. Sometimes I just have to power through and serve up my best lemonade.
Those overhead river views are so pretty! Always love your drone footage and seeing all the obstacles you run up against out there, makes me appreciate all your content that much more! Thanks for continuing to create these relaxing camping videos👍🏽
Thank you, you're so kind!
The scenery views were magnificent.
Thanks so much, I'm glad you enjoyed the video!
Another episode for the lonely vegan bigfoot hunter
Lonely!? Maybe a little sometimes. LOL
I hope you enjoy this video of some mountain roadside camping. This one was tough to put together. Subscribe to help me reach 1000 subscribers. Thanks for watching!
Is that the newer naturenest bamacar, the one that retails for roughly $1600? I've been eyeing it on Amazon. How was your experience with delivery/the company and what do you think of the tent so far?
It sure is. (Not sponsored) Seriously I have had an awesome experience with them this far! Just a couple days ago I reached out to them about an accident I had with the LED light. My fault, but they're sending me a whole new light at no cost to me. The tent came in a crate, padded well, and easy to unpack. I plan to do a full review video on it soon.
@@ruggednwexcursions Sounds good. Thanks for the info. Also from what I've been reading is it true that the tent comes with most accessories (like shoe bag, etc) that other companies make you buy separately? I'm torn between this tent and the iKamper Skycamp 3.0 mini but I don't know if I want to fork over 3k+ for my first RTT.
Sorry for the delayed response. My notifications were off for comments. Yes it came with two shoe bags, a bag for the ladder and another bag for the awning poles. I don't have any experience with the iCampers, but so far I've put this tent through the heat of Utah, and the rains and sun freezing temps of the PNW. Only one regret, I wish I got it sooner. If you look around online, you'll find plenty of people who have had both. And say that they don't feel that you get double the tent for double the price with iCamper mini 3.0. Keep us posted, I'm curious what you decide.
Forgot to mention, it also comes with two roof rack bars to mount various roof accessories. I plan to use mine for solar panels in the future.
Hey bigfoot hunter, how was that burger? Looked good!
It was amazing! #plantbased
👍🏽
So moody...love it😍❄️❄️
Great shots. Beautiful site
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it!
I was really pleased with the drone work in the middle of this video! Let me know what you think.
Bigfoot country.
Those crystal clear river shots are beautiful!
No bigfoot sightings?
Not this time. I'll keep looking!
Beautiful area. Really nice job on the drone and camera work showcasing the awesomeness of where you were.
Thank you very much!
This is the peace I need in my day.....just watch this on repeat, over and over again😊
😍😍😍
Looks extremely relaxing!
Very sweet to see the bees 🐝 in the forest floor like that! Curios to know the trail.
I don't share locations... but I will say that this one is off Mt Baker Hwy 542 😉
Looks like an awesome hike. I was hoping to get into the North Cascades last year but guess I’ll have to do it this year now. Bummer about your finger , sometimes those hand landings go sideways, I’ve been lucky and just had to replace blades so far.
It's amazing landscape up there, hope you get to spend some time in the North Cascades this year.
Looks like it was a pretty epic year!!
Thank you so much for joining me on this year's excursions! This is the last video for 2023. I have big plans for 2024, so please subscribe so you don't miss out!
You got some really nice footage of that place. It’s also nice that you put the history of the bridge in the description.
I see bigfoot!
That one makes me dizzy😊
Beautiful lake, so clear!
der bigfot?
I think I saw bigfoot!
Me too!
Beautiful and so calming 💙💚
So beautiful! Wish I could really be there!
Bigfoot search continues...
