Though I agree with panelists that he should play Rice and Bellingham in 6& 8, the truth is England misses Kevin Phillips. It has unsettled the whole team. Rice is very ordinary as a 6. Even Kobbie Mainoo is also an 8, no 6 in this team. People should watch Rice at Arsenal, in 6 without Partey or Jorginho, he's poor.
