I don't understand. All the other videos I've seen from all the other gun guys, show the PMR-30 working just fine. Seriously you're the only guy I've ever seen who had any kind of trouble with a PMR 30. That makes you an anomaly, why does one PMR-30 have so many problems? It's the only one I've ever seen with any problems. It makes your video suspect. You need to do another video to clarify, otherwise I ain't buying none of your shit.

I am ordering the spring kit, I recently got a brand new 1979 glenfield model 60, never fired, went out and shot it. it functioned flawlessly but the trigger is so hard a few times I had to double check that I had taken it off safety. 8 pounds if I was to guess, accuracy suffered because of the extremely hard trigger pull. Thanks for the spring kit and videos you provide!

Hey, guys! So I installed everything and it feels great but I'm curious, when dry fire training, after I fire, my laser stays on like the firing pin is still engaged. I tested the laser and the firing pin and both seem to return to regular position on their own but then when I reassemble the gun, it does the same thing. Is this ok?

Just did it tonight, 7/19/24. Piece of cake. Easy way to pull lower out is to punch out pins and lift out lower while pulling bolt back. Comes right out and leaves the bolt and buffer and rest of stuff in place. Install is reverse and falls right in. Video is spot on. The screwdriver trick is the ticket. Take your time and use finesse. The spring is definitely easier to squeeze together and looks thinner than stock. Haven't shot it yet to see the difference. Mine now feels like a two stage. Has a light movement to a wall and then breaks crisply. RS22 rifle.

NOTE TO ALL: The roll pin retaining the firing pin is now on the side of the slide for current production LCP “1s”. The roll pin for retaining the extractor is now vertical through the slide, which makes extractor removal MUCH easier. This spring set is a MUST have. Along with some Underwood Ammo, makes the LCP a practical, economical, and effective pocket carry. Highly recommend the pinned Hogue grip sleeve as well..

Okay, I've been confused with the process of getting into modern NFA (not that 1986 crap). For this right here, is my only way to get it is to submit the FFL application as a type other than collector (right?), then this SOT 3 thing, and then the $200 tax stamp? I'm just a young guy who wants to collect automatic weapons because I can.

Neutral on the spring kit, best thing is the reduced hammer spring. Trigger return spring is too weak in my opinion, better to have the trigger return more firmly didn't use any other springs as to me there wasn't much difference. Just me,

I got a competitor's product. I'd say the only improvement M*Carbo could make is a pure flat trigger (like that of the KSG) and making sure it is also valid for the 3518 (CA model).

You should also check mag insertion after assembly. The Hammer linkage if distorted (bent) can interfere with mag insertion and dropping free. This reassembly can definitely bend linkages. P.S. I have some 45 yrs experience with machines and guns. I love the innovation and concepts but the RDB seems like one design that should be disassembled only as absolutely necessary. Aluminum threads; polymer, that becomes more sloppy with disassembly. There's a reason the best modern firearm designs don't have many screws. But if you use thread-lock and don't mess with them, the screws should hold. This rifle uses concepts from modern office machines.

I installed this exact mag release…did not like it so I put the original back on. I went to a conceal carry class and we did drills all day. My fingers kept hitting the release and the mag would begin to slip out…many, many times. To clarify, I’ve been shooting handguns for over 40 years so I kinda’ know how to shoot. The original release is too close to the frame so the mag will not freely release (like a Glock). Unfortunately, this mag release is too big, at least for me. Good luck to all!

A few weeks ago I bought a Ruger American Gen 2 in 223 and on impulse I saw a matching 22 long rifle so I bought them both. Thought they would make a nice pair. Anyway, I bought a couple of the trigger spring kits and OMG... Simple and easy install and amazing difference. Almost feels like a different trigger to be honest. I put the factory reset screw in about halfway with a little bit of removable loctite and I'm getting right at 2 lb with a better feel overall. Made a huge difference in my target shooting. Thanks Mcarbo!

Hey. I was having the same problem...5 shots...3 touching, and 2 fliers on most brands of .22LR ammo...then I tried some 38 grain Aquelia hollow points in the red box from academy...I got 5 touching consistent from 4 different . 22 rifles...just my experience...check out your rifles with this ammo...their 40 grainers were no good also...but the 38 grain were consistent for me.
