A little bit about James:
James is a serial adventurer, motivational speaker and Scouting ambassador.
On 1st February 2014, James became the first and only person to have rowed across the Atlantic Ocean, successfully summited Mount Everest and cycled 18,000 miles around the world.
Seven years prior to all this, he was recovering from a serious motorcycle accident that left him with broken legs as well as a severely broken and dislocated ankle. The prognosis was that he was likely to suffer a permanent walking impairment and would certainly not be able to continue the active physical lifestyle he had enjoyed up to that point.

Norman Surplus flew in his gyrocopter G-YROX from Iceland to the Faroe Islands on August 7 2015!!! He even helped you a lot, when you both flew together on part of your journey. Shame on you.
Oauuuu!
Jeremy is a top fella by the look of it mate!
👍👍
Looks like it's all moving forwards. You're becoming an expert at boat maintenance. Always learning 👍
If only, I could win the lottery 😅 yeh make sure the camera hand strap is on
Hey James, I didn’t know you were a fixed wing pilot as well! Likewise, I fly both fixed wing and helicopter. From my AP on Long Island it’s a 20 minute flight to the Hudson River and that great view of NYC. Loved that video of you flying the gyro over NYC when you went around the world. You’re so right about achieving goals….discipline is the only way. I get a lot of lazy days but try to always push on! Stay safe sir. Cheers
Yes I love flying in general, I would like to get my helicopter rating at some point 🚁🤞
James, here in New York my whole family came down with that exact type of illness. I usually don’t get sick but I had to stay in bed for a few days and then it just hung on for about two weeks! Finally feeling better. It just took some time. Nice job on the Starlink. I’d love to get one for our Airstream eventually. Cheers!
A great story teller
❤❤❤
Getting that Star Link is a big step forward for your project. Will be interesting to see how well it works. Everyone seems to love it so best of luck on that! 👍👍
Ay, I remember one time you visited our school, around 4 years ago now. I just wanted to say that your story about the motorbike crash and the boat trip around the world was really inspiring and I hope you are doing well! ❤
When I was in England last October we tried to go up on the Spinnaker tower but they were sold out! Must be a great view!
If you come back I’ll take you flying over the Spinnaker Tower 👍🚁
@@JKpushinglimits sounds great!
I'm sorry if I am offenssive but as a gay, I find you so cute. I have no idea whether you are married or have a girlfriend but if you have, I apologize you.
Cheers from New York James. Happy to see your progress on the boat. It does seem like more and more people are documenting their adventures but there is plenty of room for all. It was interesting to see Portsmouth in your video. During a trip to London a few months ago I visited there and went on the Victory! Nice little town. Looking forward to following your big trip on the boat!
Good episode
Another good vlog dude

A racer? All the best to you.
Boats looking good
I’d like to fly a gyroplane long distances. Know any experts in that?
Well done ✅ that man 🎉
Cheers from Long Island, NY. I was in London a few months ago on vacation and went down to Portsmouth. I noticed the war ships in the intro. Is that where you have your boat? Best of luck!
What's the plan for an engine out?
Just watching this now in 2024. Very interesting and useful. Also, very sad to find out that Eddie Gold from G.A.S.E. sadly passed away in November 2023.
That quality at the back of the boat with that lil door
Vom Flieger zum Segler, was für ein Schritt! From pilot to sailor, what a step!
Hey James, cheers from New York. Good to see you getting ready for your next big adventure ! As a fellow pilot, I miss the Gyro videos but I’m sure the sailing adventures will be awesome! Stay safe sir
