  I'm concerned about 2 potential encumbrances such as: (1) recording web-presentations without requesting the presentees concurrency--& (2) for example, Texas residents aren't required by state-law to request consent for recording of voice conversations. How will the Pendant's stated-encumbrance accommodate this?

  Reading the FAQ and documentation on their site, Consent Mode will be optional. The ability to record without consent being given will let me record on-demand course audio, public announcements, voicemails, and many other scenarios where consent is not really a factor. Without the option to disable consent mode, the device would be much less useful. For the other scenarios, I think treating people like adults who are capable of making their own decisions about when consent is or is not appropriate based on their local laws and the specific situation is the way to go. Limitless has made the feature available and the user can make the decision about whether it is needed or not since they will have the relevant information to make an informed decision. If Consent Mode were not optional, users would end up using their phone or other capture devices for those scenarios and it would reduce the overall usefulness and convenience of the Pendant in my opinion.

  Yeah, you're right. Meta AI on Whatsapp is pretty safe to use as it can't access what you don't give it access to. Even if you wanted it to access information the devs consider private, it won't do that for you😊

  There are a handful of free features that can be tried out to get a general overview of what ClipwiseAI can do. Then you reconsider purchasing a premium plan to unlock more features.

  @@WhatTheKel33 That's only true if all AI art is created by pressing "Execute" on some software, leaving for the day, and then coming back at the end of the day and seeing what the results were. That's not even close to how most people use AI. And it's not stealing, unless you think me going to art museums is stealing as well. AI does exactly what every single artist who has ever lived has done, it just does it a billion times faster.

  Yeah, more customization options are needed. However, you could edit the AI generated text if you don't like it, and continue prompting the image generator until you get an image of your choice.

  "anyone who has written a software tool knows the problems" - being written by someone who thinks getting LLMs to write code instead is problem free. No one who actually codes and has tried these tools thinks they're any good. The only people who think they're good are people who can't actually code and don't realise that building large, complex applications can't be done by a glorified auto-correct feature. All of these LLMs which are meant to have "destroyed software engineering" have fallen completely flat because they fall flat the second you need them to do anything other than generally basic stuff in languages they're trained on. Why has no-one built a genuinely successful app with just AI yet if it's so easy? Hate to comment on low effort, clickbait channels like this but it's infuriating.

  Firstly, your statement is proof that you didn't see this video to the end... Coz if you did, you'll find that we meant Devin will redefine what we know today as software engineering🙂 You'll also agree with us that whether codes are written by Humans or LLMs, bugs are inevitable. Also, whether you like it or not, these large language models are here to stay... And while they may not fully replace humans (at least not immediately), they'll definitely change the way work is done in a lot of sectors. So, we'll advise you to learn how to collaborate with these tools, and not rule them out. It was nice having your opinion and we hope that you could stick around a little longer, just maybe you'll find something that interests you in our community.

  Try disabling "Best Result" under the "Address Bar" setting of your browser. It seems to be broken in your version of the browser. You can also try Upgrading to the latest version to see if it fixes the problem.

  I have signed up and notice that when I post the video to youtube but the video has copyright next to it ( i have a paid subscription) so I contacted them, and they said that I should make sure that my youtube channel ID/ handle is entered, I have dine all of that and their system keep saying incorrect ID. I have contacted them 3 days about it and they haven't got back to me. I am so frustrated.
