  Mine was super dirty the first time i used it in the over and that made no sense for a brand new pot. But I love mine. I may go with the dark blue next time instead of the light teal 😂

  The screen sure is jittery and slow….hope that’s just the camera. Otherwise they need to work on their software. Also, I wish some of these companies would recognize that many people have taller cups like travel mugs etc and it would be nice if they increased the clearance on the machine for bigger cups…

  just get an espresso glass and transfer it to your other cup. not that hard. would be way more money if they made the machine taller

  I think if you buy from Breville you can get a pretty wide choice of colors. William Sonoma also has a pretty good choice. I'm getting mine soon and will go direct to Breville or through my local William Sonoma. They have great service. I just need to be certain I can get the extended warranty that will give me five or six years. Sh*t happens and the Barista Touch I have....first one was DOA and returned to William Sonoma, NO issues, new one ordered. On THAT one the innerds took crap, was getting error messages to contact Breville and I did. It was still under warranty and they sent me a box to safely pack it in, all the shipping tags, took it to UPS, sent it off and in a couple weeks got it back and not problems since. I DID have to go to Starbucks. Just MHO, for me the small cost for the extended warranty is so worth it in convenience and piece of mind. The more complex stuff gets the more than can go wrong and on some of these machines, the mother board goes out, you may as well toss it. They are so expensive to repair.

  lol yeah no, for 200 bucks you can get a cordless bissell and a corded REAL vacuum.. if you have carpet and thats all you got i bet they are FULL of dirt this pos cant pick up lol
