Dave Meltzer... Lmao How anyone takes Dave seriously at this point is beyond me. If the Bucks did a crap in a bucket on TV, he'd give it 5 and a half stars. He lost all credibility a long time ago. There is biased wrestling media for sure. Both for WWE and AEW (just look at AEW media scrums). I watch both companies. I'm glad there is competition as it leads to better products. I do wish Tony would focus on AEW, though. Better storylines, etc, rather than obsessing about WWE. Tony is nicer than other owners. Sure. Maybe too nice. He needs to toughen up a little.

to be fair, all bosses are like that. If Vince is ok with working on holidays and having a schedule that was not family friendly, he expected his employees to do the same. Think about it. During covid, our department worked from home and it was efficient. As soon as his boss made him go back to the office, he made the rest of us when he didn’t have to.

No way in hell AEW gets an increase, period. Stop huffing the copium. No way they'll get that kind of money when ratings are down and buzz about the product (outside of the choir) is nonexistent to negative. And w/o the NBA, WBD will be looking to cut costs. Losing the NBA doesn't free up money that can go AEW's way, it cost WBD advertiser revenue that could be used to cover AEW's expenses.
