Wow! You have kept your nose to grindstone and accomplished an amazing feat that the faint of heart could NEVER tackle! You've accentuated the Arts & Crafts style of this home and brought it up to date as well which isn't easy to do. I think you found a nice balance. I would have a hard time leaving this home but I understand that you took it on as a project and probably a KZread focused entertainment-renovation draw for subbies as well. I know you might have dreaded it after a while as there's only so much sanding, painting, sanding, cleaning, sanding, painting a person can take but you did it! The accomplishment must be leaving you quite astonished at your strength, courage and drive! I love the editing style you chose to do this walk through. Your skills in this department are huge!!! Wow~! The clips, music, lighting and commentary are VERY professional and this video was so fun to watch! Thank you for the entertainment and glimpse into your life and reality of this renovation. The house is gorgeous and I'm sure a lovely family will be proud to call it home! I'm sure it will be snapped up soon and you'll look back and say it was all worth it. Just so dang impressive what you took on. I am a tenacious person but you take that to a level I’ve rarely seen. I thought the sanding, scraping, sanding and more sanding would never end for you. The only thing that really surprised me is that you were going to sell it. I thought for sure after that much love put into such a great old house you’d camp out there for years to come. Your house is so beautiful, you guys did such an amazing job. It’s truly is an artist home, like everything flows, so naturally, as if you were walking through a giant canvas. You have examples of every color in popping out in each walk space. From the black and white welcoming everyone when you walk in to the kitchen, and then the hall way and back around. There is so much more I could say, but this would be longer than it already is. I hope you guys get more than you are asking for because that is a beautiful home that you guys brought back to life. 🩷❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜🤎🖤🩶🤍

Jubie you are a legend you worked so very hard and your designs are excellent… BUT there is no longer such a thing as a ‘master’ bedroom (ha as if we strong women need a master) it is now the main or primary room ❤
This is one of the most beautiful houses I have ever seen. The love and devotion that went into it is palpable. The details and art and design are unique and one of a kind. I watched a lot of it in real time and this end stage is truly amazing.

Awww, Juby❤It turned out to be beautiful. Actually, I knew it would be beautiful, because I’ve been following you guys for quite a long time, so I know how artistic you are, especially with color. After watching this video, it’s even more than I expected. You’re so detail oriented and such a perfectionist ( in a good way). I’m sure whoever buys your house will be getting a lot of house for their money. I want to pick out a couple of my most favorite parts and tell you what I love the most, but I can’t decide. I love so many things you did to bring this house back to life and turn it into a gorgeous home.
For people that don't know when you remove a toilet always cover that hole down there toxins escape and it's not healthy to breathe you just need to shove a little towel down in there but don't forget to take it out when you put the new toilet in😂
