What if you want to take the mat up after every use or often anyway to get your car in? Sounds like it is hard to get unstuck.
Always a hard decision. Projectors get so expensive and you want to make sure to have a great picture. Thanks for the information.
It’s cool you say what is great for commercial use, but what about family fun? What software or system lets people have fun. If I have a family of 4 with 2 teens - they don’t wanna play a full course they wanna have fun and challenge each other …
Would be great to talk about user interfaces as well
Excellent video. Best I've seen on this subject. Well done.
Is this new release for iOS/ipad as well? Or just PC?
Hey Kip, the new Skytrak course play is PC only. Course Play MINIMUM SPECS: Windows 10 (64-bit) 8 GB RAM Intel i3 10100F/AMD Ryzen 2600 Nvidia GTX 1650/AMD Radeon 580 128GB SSD RECOMMENDED SPECS: Windows 10 (64-bit) 16 GB RAM Intel i5 11500k/AMD Ryzen 3600 Nvidia RTX 3060/AMD Radeon 5700 500GB SSD
Guess ppl still will prefer gspro 250 per year
Fastest Preview Video on KZread... But yes this going to make SkyTrak a real go to Golf Simulator Solution. issue in the is running 3rd Party software. Now it is bundled.. Not to mention you have multiple Driving Ranges..
I am wanting to recess this into my sod for my backyard hitting net. Would this work for that? or will it breakdown being outside in the ground?
Thanks for making this video!
Where you get the kit?
Can I install this directly on my subfloor and install carpet around it?
Yep, that's a great way to get the look you are after and keep the mat taped down and in place.
Wait, so if the short side is the front side do you have it set up backwards? Is there a left handed and right handed version of this mat? I don’t see how it could be interchangeable.
You can flip standing section to the other side to make it work for left handed set ups!
Which sim is this?
It's the Full Swing SIG10!
It says right away not connect to WIFI, I can not create an without WIFI. Suggestions on that? I was able to log in as a guest and play, but its all in meters. How can i switch to ft? I have looked everywhere
I'm thinking of fast tracking the procedure using a heat gun.
I’m pretty sure that would melt it
@@aquatickeeper3356 Heat gun I have has High-Low settings. Set the gun to low and adjust the temperature even more using distance away.
This is cool and useful
Any tips for when WGT loses connection to the SkyTrak+ mid game? In E6, I simply have to turn the SkyTrak off and back on and wait patiently (lights will show power up, then connecting, then actually losing connection once more, before finally and dependably connecting once and for all [till the next random loss of connection, which is about once per 18]). But when WGT loses connection to SkyTrak mid game, I haven’t found a way to reconnect without losing that game.
So every time I turn on my skytrak then load WGT Golf courses I get three green bars and it will not detect a golf swing. I have to always shut down my iPad and restart at least once before I can play. 😣
Looking at upgrading to a 4K projector for my golf sim, currently using a BenQ W2000+ which sits approx 13-14’ from screen with minimal shadow. My question is this which to buy BenQ TK700sti or LK936st, price is considerably different and the936 is laser. Pros and cons please before I spend more money than I have to. Changing the lamp in my W2000+ was simple and this should not be my only reason for going for the laser. Your thoughts please. TIA
I'm in the same boat. Building my first sim and this is the last piece.
"Note: Requires a consistent connection to the internet via an Ethernet cable; no WiFi connectivity is available." This kills it for so many who do not have ethernet running to garage or backyard patio. Why in the world would they not add wifi. Guess you can buy a wifi dongle to ethernet.
The only thing that would be inconvenient here is the power aspect but the unit itself doesn't need to be plugged into the router. It just needs to be plugged into the computer via ethernet. The method of how the computer itself is connected to the internet can be hard line or wifi. The ethernet cable is only for the device to speak to the computer and software. Anything internet related will all be done by proxy of the computer!
@@indoorgolfshop Good to know. Still an odd choice using ethernet. USBC should be fast enough.
Do you a discount code for the limited edition mevo plus
Would love to have known the price range on each.
A lot of quirks for a 2k toy. Come on man
Thankfully Uneekor has the serious golfer covered at this price point
Why is the lion’s share of this video you repositioning the ball multiple times?
The foresight rep wanted to make a point to show how adaptive the focus is. You can watch our long form of the focus on our channel as well!
The first launch monitor manufacturer that doesn’t charge yearly subscription fees will win the race. Everyone’s sick of paying $500-$1000 a year to play on fake golf courses.
Not sure I get it? Is this a golf SIM but with real video not animation?
It's still animation, but it's extremely high quality animation in the actual game play. It really looks stunning!
No lcd screen and no on-course use. Are those the main differences? If so, sign me up!
That's it!
@@indoorgolfshop I also just found out, no Wi-Fi. That’s interesting
With the Uneekor lite , does it come with the View driving range software included in the price? If so, are there subscription fees to keep it running ? Thanks ⛳️
It does come with the View software! It has the same subscription model as the Eye Mini.
That’s some great info ! Is there anyone I can contact to get a 4K projector to fit my screen as much as possible
You can reach out to us on our site at www.shopindoorgolf.com - we have live chat and phone support m-f between 8AM-6PM!
Do you have a pc preference that works best using gspro & uneekor eye xo for commercial sim business?
For sure! That's a pretty loaded question but we definitely sell PC's that are used both in residential and commercial. You can actually live chat with our sales team if you have more questions @ www.shopindoorgolf.com
Ok great! I will get with you hopefully tomorrow. Thank you!
If these are my dimensions, what size emt pipes do I need? Screen Size: Height 97" Width 105" Enclosure Size: Height 109.25", Width: 117.5, Depth: 120" thanks!
Hey Kevin! unfortunately that's a really hard question to answer because there are no exact rules on proper dimensions given that there are so many variables that can affect the final assembly in regard to material and other assemblies. I would hate to give you the wrong dimensions!
Do you have a recommendation for a 1:1 ratio screen? Have the Optoma GT1080HDRX and did manage to get a 1:1 through computer settings but does seem to blur the image quite a bit. Any projectors better setup? Great video.
Where are you hoping to place your projector?
This video needs to be viewed before new users set up their sim. I've been emailing back and forth with 24/7 golf to no avail, actually terrible help! I took off the legs to my monitors metal case and I was able to get 95 percent of all swings! Prior to that I was getting maybe 60 percent and actually 24/7 had no answer, they sent me after market videos from some one that doesn't even work for them!
Really well done and very informative!! I’d stopped listening to a golf podcast you guys help sponsor so it took some digging to find you again!! I’ll be looking at your website!! Christmas 🎄 is coming!!!
Interesting that you say lumens matters most. I've set up my outdoor sim (enclosed the best I can, but obviously going to be some ambient light) and I had a buddy lend me two projectors to test out to help me decide what I need. They are both old projectors, but one has 3,500 lumens, and the other has a whopping 7,000. I tested them out both letting as much light in so they were very washed out, as well as at night when it was dark. I really didn't notice too much difference even with the crazy increase in lumens. I suppose it's all subjective, I was just happy I could still see the image with all of the ambient light.
Maybe the light isn’t pumping out 7000 anymore because that would be a big difference and you should be able to see it easily. It’s really not something that’s subjective
@@firstname2072 You could be right, they were both rather old. But, I disagree that it's not subjective. I said I didn't notice "too much of a difference" which is subjective. To different people, the delta is more meaningful than others. So what I am really saying is that I think there would be large group of people that wouldn't feel the extra money for the lumens is worth it. Same can be said for a lot of different products/industries. Some people are more receptive to the upgrade and deeply value it, others don't care as much.
@@Guythatsometimescomments yes sorry I get your point I understand what you mean. I was thinking along the lines of you would definitely notice it but your right whether the cost is worth it or not is subjective.
Is there a transparent glass on the floor mount protecting the lens of the projector from balls bouncing off the screen?
What size pipes would be needed in the middle top and bottom if I buy the 8’ x 8’ kit you guys sell?
I have a weird issue using E6 Connect. All my shots including putts start to the right like a push. Its not me. I have to purposely hit the ball left of the target including putts to git straight shots. Any ideas?
What is the size of the impact screen?
Extremely good information. And well put out, thank you, great video
i have optoma x371 uk dlp projector when the projector hit the smartboard , its small screen , but when i far way in smartboard ,its big screen. How to fix . dynamic screen ,to static screen ?????
Fuck sake tell us what it costs and where to get this kit
What is the distance of the hitting area from the screen?
Hello, with SIG10 you are teeing the ball roughly 10' from screen. Simulator Flooring is 11' *. Thanks for your interest!
My top red light is not lit and can’t play on E6 Connect
Why not talk Price ????? 11:54
Oops, at 3:18 you forgot to stress the importance of facing the screen so the Velcro side FACES IN TOWARD THE GOLFER! Otherwise if the Velcro faces toward the back of the screen, later when trying to install the foam pad at the bottom to protect the enclosure so golf balls don't hit the EMP at bottom, it has nothing to stick to and soon slides on the floor exposing the metal pipe - potentially a dangerous condition. Had I realized that the enclosed "Thank You" card that was inserted in the package was not simply "salesware" but has several QR code links, the buyer might "get lucky" and choose to watch the SIG10 *ANIMATION* Video from among the four QR code links. That is the only video that bothers to stress the importance of facing the Velcro side of the screen to the front toward the golfer. Otherwise, expect the installer to spend another 40+ minutes for disassembly and reassembly, considering the screen has close to 50 bungie cords - are we having fun yet? And congratulation to those of you who got lucky or were perceptive enough to realize the Velcro is only on one side of the screen!
Anyone else having issues connecting to network mode?
does the light from a projector passing threw a overhead simulator cause a problem
Can you bleach any bad spots??
