If they were using sail powered fishing vaka, teamed with a mothership base, the potential added range would be indefinite without any need for greenhouse gas emitting fossil fuels. Imagine that - it would be like going back to our tipuna.

Tena koutou, this was so exciting in fact I was remembering this just a few days ago. Imagine if there was a gathering of wahine to share this matauranga. Nofo mentions it, of course women used to sail, imagine a wananga to share this and grow it into this time. A wananga for all the women who sailed in Te Mana o te Moana, what a reunion that would be.Arohanui ki a koutou.

I love Biology.. favorite subject back in high school.. it’s the lands in our islands.. both eroding and heating up.. vegetations, plants, grass, and trees once covered the whole ocean floors and islands.. those greens give nutrients to the ocean and balances acidic levels, the roots is what holds the lands from Erosion and becoming not useable. All waters goes down into the abyss and back up to the surface by vents, lakes, deep sink holes, trenches, and geysers.. so that’s what the lands are balancing out.. and when those waters return to the surface, they’re coming out hot and with gases.. and with the sun above, the water gets evaporated and separated from sea water. And it all forms Clouds to drop them all into the islands again.. the islands were always wet and a rainy place.. but now it’s different.. But that’s the true cycles.. it’s the islands that are a problems mostly for the oceanic cycles with water.. now water becomes acidic and the lands dried out.. the waters are not balanced anymore, so the ice sheets gets melted and the waters rises. Because heat expands.. so that’s what it is doing to the ice. Solid becomes liquid. But the waters won’t rise forever..

"and reaching out to all these islands is very difficult.... "Because of the negative affects of climate change and sea level rise" This is bs. What effects? Did the winds change? Did the islands drift further apart? He just said they only have 2 boats servicing an area the size of the US, THAT is the problem. But probably their funding depends on keeping the climate change people happy.

I am so sorry America did nuclear testing on your beautiful islands and waters. Very beautiful and informative video. Wish I could visit. I am Dawn from Wisconsin USA . Very Cold and snowy in winter. I hate it , I’d rather live on a warm tropical beach. I am 53 and used to help teach kids English, Math, gymnastics, Jesus and the Bible, Art, and make kids Lunch food. I have learned a lot on the internet. It is like it’s own College School. If you have internet learn all things that you are curious about. I also learned how to fix up inside Of a home, and basic health and first Aid when you get hurt or sick. God Bless. Wisconsin is known for Cows, and Milk Cheese and butter, and growing corn And making paper and diapers and toilet paper. Also we make liquid Soap To wash dishes. Wisconsin Grows Apples in summer. Oh yeah and Wisconsin loves to make Beer and drink it . It’s not sweet but bitter.
