Same problem exists for them with glass bottles and jars. Refuse collectors should provide estates or disabled people with bottle banks or free bins for glass. We see through this tax grab.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Its a scheme. My application was denied under the pretext that I can not afford to pay my monthly mortgage witch came to1.320 EURO. I am saving 1000 euro a month on top of the 700 euro rent . I have 50k in my savings account for the last 5 years.
