Can we order the breaks through you guys and choose a custom color?
GREAT !!!!
Dang I kinda wish V8 jeeps are more common here in the Philippines. Edit: Also since he mentioned a drift jeep he might as well take inspiration from the Philippines and copy what we call a tamiya type. Clean build would like to build one some day. 👍
Great video! The editing looks good. Any specs on the suspension and tires?
I love it! But for a jeep it looks funny without a roll bar in it (to me anyway). Maybe sometime down the road it will get one.. ?
Beautiful 😍
My Tacoma could do better
Come try it out!
looks more like driver error vs vehicle capability.
That’s so hoootttt😍😍😍

Love the video editing. My favorite among all Jeep videos
Could you tell me what the backspacing and offset are for those 15x8 cragar wheels. Are they 3.5 bs with -24mm offset? I have 3 of them and am looking for 2 more. Can't find them.
The wheel has a 3.75 back spacing which translates to -19mm offset
The most stereotypical jeep driver😂

Well, isn't it interesting that you would advertise this Jeep as having undergone a full restoration, when all that seems to have been done is a mere change of wheels and tires, a bit of buffing and sanding, and the replacement of seats? And yet, you have the audacity to charge such an exorbitant price for such a subpar transformation. It's truly disappointing to see a “custom” Jeep shop resorting to such dishonest tactics.
Indeed it is interesting. Sometimes things seem different than they are. Let me tell you the whole story. We restored the Jeep a few years ago for a customer whose father owned it first hand and who unfortunately had passed. We did do a full outside restoration (except for the interior). The body was sanded down to bare metal, underneath suspension and all movable parts were attended to. After the restoration I told the customer if he ever wanted to sell the Jeep, to call me fist. Well, a few years passed, and he did call me and I bought the Jeep back from him. This time around, I changed and finished the Jeep the way I like it. I changed the tires and wheels, added stripping and we redid the complete interior. As we speak, we are adding fuel injection and change all gauges to Speedhut digital gauges. We are also adding a clock and an rpm gauge, as well as a retro hifi system. I hope this explanation changes your disappointment about this.
@@andreasulber3652 I find it extremely misleading and deceptive that you claim the Jeep has its "original paint" when you clearly stated that "the body was sanded down to bare metal" during the restoration. Your story doesn't add up, and it's evident that you're not being truthful about the vehicle's history. Furthermore, changing a seat does not constitute a complete interior overhaul. Your attempt to downplay the discrepancies in your work is highly unprofessional. I highly doubt that you have the expertise to install fuel injectors in-house, which raises further doubts about the quality of your supposed restoration. Honesty is a fundamental value that should be upheld in any business, and it's clear that you have a long way to go in that regard, especially when you're not directly involved in the work carried out at your shop.
@@Coopermj1988 I find it completely discouraging and hateful that you would make an argument about this beautiful jeep that Fortec has brought back to life. Regarding your accusations about what was said in the video, he never says that the jeep has the "original paint", but that the jeep now has a "better than factory paint job". Clearly he was not referring to current paint as original, which justifies his record of history on the jeep. Also, he states that not only did he replace the seats to a more convenient and comfortable style that is close to the OE of the renegade, but he states that the carpet was replaced as well as the future plans to add a tach, new gauges, and a retro hifi system, which adds to the interior restoration aspect that you do not think qualifies as a full restoration. Lastly, Fortec is a highly qualified shop that can accommodate to most customers needs including the installation of fuel injectors. P.S. Please refer to the other videos of the jeep builds and specifically the other video of the CJ restoration. I hope this helps and leaves you rethinking your opinion about the honesty that is upheld within this company.
I’ve been a fan of Fortec since my “Mad Max” install in 1998. Glad to see the family business continue from Andreas to Alex. 👍🏼
Thank you Scott. You have been a great customer over the years and people here at FOREC know your name and appreciate you!
