  Thanks for sharing your journey!!! It’s crazy how similar my story is to yours… pcos & pregnancy weight here too! I’m a the natural type- avoid medical interference as much as possible- a recent medical scare and the realization that I can’t do it alone brought me to start my own journey with Wegovy now. With 15 lbs less I’m grateful and glad this option is available! Wish I could’ve started sooner! Wishing everyone a healthy life!

  She is not playing about the stool issue. Chile!!! Super detox! My aunt stood on the front porch on day two for me. Not thinking about food, can’t stand anything greasy right now so today (day 3) I picked up a honey dew melon because it soft and is mild flavored.

  I’m so glad you spoke on constipation. To even my doctor explained the best way to combat it. It was for this reason I did not continue with the treatment.

  Congratulations Jasmine!! Hello Jasmine, I am truly happy that you are physically and mentally in a good place. Unfortunately, your approach is one hat I can't take. I suffer from heart failure. It's a hereditary disease that runs in my family. My grandparents died from it. I have to do it the " Natural" way. I don't consider myself a " Hater" for saying this. I'm not sure what the intent behind the air quotes " natural" meant, but it's used in the intent to mock something. Look it up - it's literally why they are used. I never tuned into your channel for weight loss. I truly enjoyed your overall content. I am particularly happy to hear that your son is now receiving access to services. I am a reading clinician and certified reading Specialist who has serviced many children with autism. I know all to well that a large number of these students experience social isolation as a result. So very happy that now your son will have be given the opportunity to work through this. Professor Smith 😊
