  I do not have dori, but would certainly argue about Dehya. Dehya is great, also usefull in coop. Dehya has perks such as knockback resistance and damage mitigation, also has offield Pyro application. (charecters who have any offield dmg all are the top. Esp if it lasts long and have any other perks) Knockback resistance saves your infusion and time of buffs. Also ables to do charged attacks on archers and neuvilette. Dmg mitigation helps low-hp charecters(for me actually saves my Navia, who otherwise dies from one hit) also ables her sustain vermillion hereafter passive anytime, even offield. For offield dmg application... It is not that good, but still hits hard and could be activated by teammates in coop. Also can be moved and can last forever(if you cast burst on time, same as Fischl). Other thing to mention. Dehya deals more dmg then Raiden Segun and certainly not weaker then Yoimia. Also lot easier to build then Ei or Kuki(em artifacts are rare).

  Also credit for Aloy. Aloy is good. She buffs atk. She applies cryo. And work good with Dehya or Xinyan.

  As someone without Zhongli who doesn’t want to use Noelle or Layla for my Xiao team, I find Dehya very useful in making sure my Xiao doesn’t get knocked back during his burst and Faruzan doesn’t get knocked out of her aim. She honestly isn’t that bad. Her resistance to interruption is so good I forget the enemy is hitting me and I should probably dodge lol
