Vettel defended very well, and very tough during the start of the Valencia GP, just like against Ricciardo in Mexico 2016. Same style. Yet that sulky old bastard Charles wanted to punish Seb for yelling on the radio that the race director could get lost.

Yes he did actually. In many cases. It was between Ferrari, RedBull and McLaren and don't forget McLaren DOMINATED the straights which made Lewis' overtakes easy peasy..... Hamilton binned it totally in Monza and Singapore, and was lucky that Vettel retired from 2 certain, deserved wins in Korea and Australia..... and Seb went from leading in Bahrain to 4th with an issue.

I have the entire 2010 season on my computer and its a pleasure to watch lewis fighting in that OK, but not great McLaren. The 2010 season was just amazing in general actually.

Actually, the McLaren was pretty good, even on par with Ferrari in terms of pure performance! RB only had a massive advantage in qualifying (most of the races), but poor reliability (at least regarding Vettel)!

Red bull were just on another level to everyone, and it helped Vettel that mclaren and Ferrari were taking points off of eachother, because along with his reliability issues he crashed a few times too.

@@jraybay Overall, his mistakes are balanced with those of others, Webber, Alonso, Button and Hamilton all had their moments from that point of view during that season. The RB's race pace wasn't as dominant as in 2011 and 2013, they were even on the back-foot at some tracks (Canada, Italy).

Like I said, there were no team orders. You cannot prove that was a team order to hold Button likewise the FIA could not prove Ferrari had let Alonso through hence why they could only give Ferrari a fine.
