I see you are using predominantly water based paints, from my experience water based fluo colors from some reason don't pop out. There is wicked colors (water based) fluo set that people say is "one of the best" i didn't test it personally... Solvent based paints however are very good i can recommend GSI or Gaia Notes.
@eggygripАй бұрын
Excellent point. All of the paints in this test were water-based acrylics, primarily because that's the most common paint type used in miniature and figurine painting but I should have added in some non-acrylics for the test. I've already got a running list of what I'd like to add or change for a part 2 (someday), and I'll definitely add these to the list. Thanks for the recommendation!!!
@eggygripАй бұрын
I should also note that when I was doing my initial research for this video, I did consider solvent-based paints but what I initially found was, for at least most oil paints, fluorescent colors aren't able to be as fluorescent as acrylics but I'll obviously have to do some additional research. Thanks again!

This is way too cool! I am a long time characters sculptor and short time painter with extreme ADHD! Love to see more of this type of work done, reminds me of my 12 years with Kingdom Death! I also haven’t played the game speaking about hyper fixation, I’m too busy with 1 of my 56 hobbies. I hope your channel grows and we can work together one day!!
