    My first problem : fractured humeral head Second problem: doctors who don't get anatomy as they only work with 2d on a screen and no longer look at their 3d patients who are in the room with them. Third problem: physios who don't properly assess your individual pain and follow standard protocol and can't think beyond straightforward fracture exercises and then blame their patients for not trying hard enough Fourth problem (spotted by yours truly as I'm the one that cares) : rounded shoulder and worsening pain Fifth problem (also yours truly): subacromial impingement, nerve pains, worsening pains throughout humerus. Near total death. Aaaagh. Tries SA exercises. Nope. Hurts. A lot. Thinks why am I protracting my already rounded shoulder. Tries rhomboid and lower trap exercises. So, so. Only thing that gives slight relief is pulling scapula down and back but I've no muscle power to hold it there. This video makes far more sense. Especially the not going behind you. This is something I simply can't do without causing sooooooo much pain I start to visibly shake. I don't have an inclining bench though. I'll try to adapt stuff but may have to shell out for a basic one. Thank you!

    I’m loving this exercise so much. The burn feels awesome & the strength is improving fast. It feels similar to when I finally woke up my glutes on deadlifts after I’d been sedentary for years & then my hip hinges were lower back and hamstring dominant. I hoping as I get stronger at these my pressing will start to feel how it’s supposed to

    My gym has a pad to put your back up against. So I’ve modified this for myself to where I brace myself onto the back pad and pull the rope down. Highway 230 pounds and I am pulling 110 pounds. I think I’m pulling too much white to be able to maintain the proper form without needing something to brace up against.

    There's been a lot of damage done already. Will it help? I think it will. But given the damage already it done, it's probable you won't be completely pain free. I think it's worth trying out considering a shoulder replacement is such a big commitment in itself.

    For anyone reading this it does work, my pain was so severe I had neck pain & upper back pain from how weak the area was not to mention back pain & Even leg pain from the stress of this area being so under developed ! Do the exercise & progress, you will know about it if you try the leg turn in test & your spine tries to pull down & your belly falls back into place lol I purchased the app although mine has expired now after 6 months I’m thinking of re purchasing for other rehab exercises

    Hi, I've been through 3 shoulder dislocations and it's been a year and a half since the last one. I haven't done any shoulder strengthening exercises yet but I was active in the gym and hitting the punching bag before this latest dislocation. After this last dislocation, I feel that my shoulder is much more unstable, I'm afraid that it will fall out after the first hard hit on the punching bag... I watched a few of your videos and saw that all the exercises mainly focus on the back shoulder. All 3 of my dislocations happened to the front, so I wanted to ask why we strengthen the back shoulder if most dislocations happen to the front (why don't we focus on the front shoulder more since most dislocations are to the front?). I would also like to ask if I train my back shoulder as you show will I be able to hit the punching bag in the future with that injured arm without fear of dislocation? Thanks in advance.

    I've probably watched hundreds of videos on glute isolation, exercises and workouts. In all of those videos, no one ever pointed out the need for internal rotation to hit the minimus. Wish I would've come across this video sooner. All this time, I've been working hard for only half the gains in that area. I'm glad I know better now, though. Question: what if one were to sit with legs dangling, with a resistance band around the ankles? If you internally rotated the legs from that position would you be able to hit the minimus on both sides as effectively as with the exercise shown in this video?

    I’ve never had an issue with someone’s adductors shut off. If anything they are too tight. They are the only muscle group active in every cycle of gait. And the adductor magnus is dually innervated making it even less likely for weakness or inhibition. Only if a neurological patient had an issue with weakness and needed strengthening of the adductors to assist with advancing the leg during gait would I consider a strengthening exercise. I can’t think of a reason for this type of exercise although I know it’s very common. I may be missing something or have a different understanding.

  • @Gumbi1012
    @Gumbi101214 күн бұрын

    If I had to guess, he doesn't mean that it's completely "shut off", just that it's harder to isolate because other muscle groups start taking over in most positions, due to the strength imbalances presumably.

    Not trying to spam but my earlier reply to your reply is not showing for some reason. I understand that it's a difficult setup to get right. Two questions here since could not find a contact option on the web app. Would 2 sessions be enough to learn the form and keep it and is it possible to upgrade from the current rehab program to corexcell 12 plus by paying the difference instead of buying it separately?
