  They're usually for an occasion or holiday. The two I've managed to catch were 4th of July & Labor Day. I just google when the games start on days like that & get out to the convention center like 30-45 minutes early

  @@Lgm21 I check almost every game. Every once in a while there will be an odd one for a memorial or something. The whole point is to commemorate/celebrate something so I kinda get why they’re not that often.

  Hey buddy, professional photographer here! That was an amazing photo and in good resolution, but I'm afraid it's quite boring to look at. One thing I always make sure I'm doing for airplanes/aircrafts in my photos is make sure there is atleast two other objects in view that compliment the subject, this can vary from a group of funky shaped clouds, a colorful sunset, or even just the area it's taking off from! You can mess around with your Fstop for a case by case basis. When I'm taking a picture of it from in the airport (I try to get a slightly dramatized angle of it with a good view of the background) then lower my Fstop to the minimum and you will be floored by the difference these small things will make! Hang in there whether you do it for a hobby or to hopefully become professional one day. Good luck!
