He just was mouthing off about everything.. I did film his DE racing tire gluing live on his FB page if that counts.. Honestly the car is pretty solid, has lots of available upgrades and she drove it pretty easy. Just did purple AE springs FR/LR and blue AE FL/RR.. 37.5 wt oil.

We built it pretty much to kit. Did some spring changes is all. Also dialed in her ESC to soften the bottom end and her radio was at 80%

@@PonkyKong it did NOT come with the complete front bumper. This was a pre release kit so not sure about now. Guessing not since it’s not in the manual.. you would need part numbers 71094 and 71187

There is plenty adjustability in this thing and pretty sure it would do great. Being able to raise and lower the transmission is nice and also trying the 4 gear standup transmission will make it suitable for pretty much anything I am guessing

Yes he was involved with Customworks.. not sure he’s in it anymore. Lot’s of full scale guys run the Chili Bowl.. I think the guy that won Street Stock is a big time driver.

@@aefanboy3464 either way, as long as you’re running it and tinkering with ;) I remember my first was Traxxas Nitro Street with a corvette looking body… oh dear it took me close to a year just to figure out how to get the engine tuned to where it runs reliably 🤣still have that old thing, ashamed to say I haven’t run it for close to 15 years…. Keep on keeping on…! PS the “pro” guys are fast 💪 lovely slides, I’m totally jealous 🔥

The open outlaw cars do and it’s impressive. I need to get more on track action.. got some new GoPro mounts around the track for some down and dirty action.. racing this Saturday!

My grandfather started taking me to 410 sprint races every weekend from the time i could walk, usually 2 to 3 each weekend, until i was in my teens. I also have familly that race 410 sprints. I love rc and have pretty much stuck to short coarse because the dirt track sprints and late models just dont seem realistic enough to me. The cars are always way too fast for the track, not enough sliding. It has always reminded me of slot cars. I would like to see more realistic racing. Hopefully you can get some vids up of what your talking about. Sounds a little more interesting to me.

We have a “Dirt Cup” race in June which is the same weekend the 410 are up at Skagit Speedway.. race RC during the day and go to the real cars at night. First time seeing them in person and it was a blast.. and dirty. There is a video up on my channel about it
