From his chops, one would expect he knows better than to demo an amp exclusively saturated in effects.. that delay is akin to way too much perfume .
@AudaciousAce19896 күн бұрын
The delay is quite nice on that amp. It makes the amp sound huge! I have one. Its not AMAZING, but it certainly sounds better than a $100 delay pedal that I bought. I would still have to agree with you that some demoing without the FX would have been great!

I have this Amp, and i love it. A cheap bugger, yes. Some complain about the clean channel, but i think its ok. I don't know if its just my Amp, but the boost channel produced a lot of Noise. So i plugged in my GT-10 at the back, like a Pre-amp channel i guess. And the noise was gone🥳🤠👌🤌. Also brilliant that you can use this as a top on larger cabinets❤ its a steal

Here's the price on them now in 2024 i would imagine this will effect everywhere eventually...Jackson X Series Signature Adrian Smith SDXM Electric Guitar (Snow White, Black Pickguard) Bundle with Adrian Smith Molded Case (2 Items) Brand New Price$829.98Jackson X Series Signature Adrian Smith SDXM 6-String Electric Guitar (Right-Handed, Snow White) The Jackson X Series Signature Adrian Smith SDXM Electric Guitar features a poplar San Dimas body and a bolt-on maple neck with graphite-reinforcement rods that refuse to budge, no matter how much environmental stress it's exposed to. It's 12 to 16 inch compound radius maple fingerboard with 22 jumbo frets and black dot inlays is the perfect launching pad for rapid-fire riffing or complex chords. High-Output Humbucker The SDXM packs a Jackson high-output humbucker in the bridge position and Jackson single-coil pickups in the neck and middle positions. The humbucking pickup was painstakingly voiced for a full, rich tone while providing maximum overdrive and sustain, whereas the single-coil middle and neck pickups deliver that unmistakable Strat snap. A five-way blade selector switch with single volume and tone controls open up endless tonal possibilities, while the Floyd Rose Special double-locking tremolo system keeps the guitar in tune through any abuse you throw its way. 12 to 16 Inch Compound Radius Maple Fingerboard Jackson pioneered the use of the innovative 12 to 16 inch compound radius design, in which the maple fingerboard gradually flattens toward the heel from its more rounded profile at the nut. This makes for comfortable and natural-feeling chording and riffing near the nut, with optimal shred articulation and bending nearer the heel. Jackson High-Output Humbucking and Jackson Single-Coil An atypical configuration for Jackson, this guitar features a humbucker in the bridge position and single-coil pickups in the neck and mid positions. The Jackson high-output humbucking pickup was painstakingly voiced for a full, rich tone while providing maximum overdrive and sustain. The Jackson single-coil middle and neck pickups deliver that tried-and-true Strat sound.

Thanks a million for the video, sounds deadly! I am thinking of buying this for busking. I'm a solo singer but not a great guitar player. My plan is to pre-record the guitar and then as I am busking, play along to the backing track via the bluetooth on my phone. Do you think it's possible to do this using this system? If so, would a 400 or 600 be best?

If you are going to talk guitar history, get it right. The SG3000 was NOT released at the same time as the SG1000 and SG2000. The SG range had existed in some form from 1973 but it really took off after Yamaha built one for Carlos Santana in 1975. In 1976 Yamaha released the SG range you are referring to with the SG2000, 1500, 1000, 700 & 500. The SG3000 did not appear until 1982. I have a 1976 batch SG1000 that I bought new in September 1977. It does things that Gibsons and Fenders can only dream of.

Mine has a real spring reverb. I want to find an old busted up MG100 cheap and start swapping components-install the effects loop, and the power transformer. Get a more powerful 8inch. Run the emulated line out into a 2x12 and blend the sounds via micing the 8". If you put a 10inch in that you'll lose the transcience that makes it rock.
