  Thank you. Most modern Ichimatsu doll heads, including this one, are made of plaster or plastic.

  Thank you. This doll is the replica made in 1982. A formal name is called "Chahakobi-ningyou" (doll which carries tea) that a genuine article began to be made from the 1790s in Japan.
