U saved me, I'm litterally in midle of my class and this issue appears to me. Other videos sent me to active test mode via cmd, reset my PC and install non-digital recognized drivers (what takes a lot of time, thing I DONT HAVE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CLASS). Hello every one, I have the same problem in windows 10. I have disable the driver signature by pressing Shift button while restart the computer and then I followed the wizard. Finaly I tryied to install driver but in the device manager it appears as unknown device. Any advice please?

@@can9977 Hi Can, I suggest that you uninstall and re-install the driver and maybe follow the additional steps mentioned in the comment section by William.

@@can9977 Reboot your Laptop and then momentarily after the reboot press F7. Keep pressing until you see the screen which gives you the option to disable the signature.

I did the exact same procedure, but I got an error saying "Windows found drivers for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install them" "A problem was encountered while attempting to add the driver to the store". It didn't give me an error number though. For the record I have an Altera DE2-115 FPGA board using Quartus II Lite 20.1. Do you happen to know how to fix this issue? Much appreciated.

@@askarzadehengineering9436 I found the solution. I had to restart my computer in such a way that it would disable driver signature enforcement or something along those lines. Then I installed the driver and had to restart my computer again to go back to original settings. Worked like a charm. But thanks a lot for your help I really appreciate it
