kzread.info/dash/bejne/iZhl06yydNzVf8o.htmlsi=UEvtvQe0N98aKa3L read what detective Aaron Elton and his SOG friends did to me and my family in Bremerton.
Unfortunately, social media exposure has caused absolute congestion at Big Beef, and has taken away from the peacefulness of the small area. It’s not designed to accommodate large amounts of people. It’s a small strand of road that crosses over Big Beef creek. Beautiful views, yes. And there is a small area to pull over and take in the views. But When it’s crowded, it actually becomes dangerous for people on the road. If you want to relax and watch eagles and stay a while, it’s best to grab some snacks and a coffee from the Seabeck Marina and head to either Guillemot Cove or Scenic Beach State Park.
Thanks!
My pleasure!
was stationed in Bremerton many years ago. I appreciate your channel for keeping me in touch with the area. So many great memories. Dash cam rides and the ferry trip to Seattle are my favorites Thank you
Thank you so much for the feedback! Glad you're enjoying the channel :)
Interesting that absolutely nothing seems to be happening on this, and it seems to have vaporized.
It's still in the works. These things always take longer than expected.
I actually worked at cosmos for a short while right after i turned 18. Worked at carters and (at the time) its sister company the bay street bistro for years. crazy to see both of them on the list. RIP the original Bay Street Bistro. Glad to see Carters is still around!
Small world! I think they put in a Thai place where Bay St used to be.
Any trailer parks? anywhere I can park a rv or trailer with no issues?
Great question! I'll do a video on where you can park your RV.
Thank you for your video. I am also interested in renting apartment in Kitsap country.
Thanks for your comment! There are a lot of good options, hope you find something that works great for you!
Also Elandan Bonsai Museum, potential glass beaches, kayaking in Sinclair Inlet, annual festivals around,...
Thanks for that! 😊
I moved in last year to Mccormick Village. Its heaven. I cant wait until they add the pickleball courts and retail village.
That sounds amazing! If I wasn't married to my kids school district McCormick would be a definite contender for me. Glad you're liking it!
Major renovation lol! I went to school there and it is completely gone
Thank you for making these videos! My family and I are moving to Bremerton in June from Idaho and we're very excited!
The 81 of my cat
Nice video
Love Poulsbo! You are very pretty by the way...
Thank you for the informative video. ❤
My pleasure. I'm getting ready to publish an updated cost of living video for 2024.
@@livinginbremertonGreat video. I'm currently vacationing in Seattle and took a trip to Gig Harbor and Bremerton. I'm from Miami and this part of PNW is very beautiful. I drove up all the way to Port Angeles to see everything. What did you do in the Navy ? You mentioned time serving on an aircraft carrier. Keep up the excellent videos. ❤ 👍
Couldn't help but notice that she didn't mention the deep deeeeep concentration of aggressive metheads that are stacked up everywhere... avoid this city. YOUVE BEEN WARNED
Sounds like every city lmao
I just hope they get everything they deserve and are entitled to.
Indeed!
hey there hello there view ridge elementary class of 97 this is glogene nice being friends with you and being classmates miss whites class thanx a million
Nice to meet you!
I live up in Port Angeles, and, yeah, the weather and cloud patterns are so amazing! I have never seen a rainfall even close to a New Mexico monsoon rain dump. It's always light rain here, even when people say it's heavy. Usually, as you said, it's just drizzle, and it smells soooo good! Some forest walks you can smell mushrooms in the air. I am getting a fine collection of photos of weird clouds.
PA and Clallam Co in general has some cool vibes.
My childhood town is indeed the place to be even before 2023.
I was stationed in Bremerton for 3 years and live for an additional 4. I miss living out there. I stayed on 4th street Bremerton
Unusual sunny day for WA / Необычно солнечный день для Вашингтона.
Is McDonald's still there? The one right outside the gates of the shipyard.
Illiahee State Park is nice.
Watch out for bears!
Retired naval special forces. Are you single?
Depends. What are you bringing to the table?
6 no real nightlife to speak of unless you are a rocker. There's actually a great rock club here that is bigger than bremerton itself, the Charlston on Callow. The mention of school zone speed traps is on-point...a guy like me can look forward to 1-2 tickets a year for driving 35 mph! It's brutal!
You're keeping 'em in business!
It's easy to avoid getting tickets. Go the speed limit. I haven't had one in 18 years...
I’d love to see a video/vlog exploring the homeless encampment directly behind the hospital, and a tour of those side roads in Bremerton that look like Seattle.
Thanks for the suggestion!
Key point snow. People will take there 100g trucks just to fishtail all over the place. When it snows here just stay off the road because people do not know how to drive. It’s really scary
Kinda true..
Bilt & Rihno sound promising! Thank you for the share, I recently started taking the deep dive on NAV for my business (actually really works) and AVA & Chime for my own personal credit score( the jury's still out). So many neat little services popping up that are bringing a ton of value to consumers. I'm geeking out on this stuff 🤓 Thanks again ✌🏻
I agree! Glad you're finding some helpful nuggets!
Bremerton sure has grown since i was there last Last time I was in Bremerton was back in 1983-1984 while i was stationed on board the ISS TRUXTUN CGN-35 while the ship was in drydock
WOW! That WAS a long time ago! Thank you for your service. That was even 16 years before I arrived here, and it's changed a lot since then too. It would have been interesting to see what this place looked like back then.
Would you mind making a video on where you find to be most rural and/or child friendly? I’m moving down from whatcom county and am looking for a child friendly, safe, semi rural community
Hi there, I encourage you to check out public data sites like neighborhoodscout.com and niche.com . I am prohibited from commenting on safety or child friendly neighborhoods in my capacity as a Real Estate Broker.
Nothing major was listed and that’s really nice
Agreed, if it was bad I wouldn't have stayed and raised my kids here.
I moved to Bremerton, Washington in March, 1989. Before that we had lived primarily in California. My dad was in the Navy and got orders to this little placed called Naval Hospital Bremerton. But from March 1989 until November 2011, Bremerton would be my home. I also joined the Navy and was fortunate to be stationed in Bremerton for nearly half my career. Naval Hospital Bremerton has changed so much over the years and so has Bremerton. I recently visited back in May 2023 and it still felt like home. The surrounding areas and cities (Silverdale, Port Orchard, Poulsbo), attractions, and shops have also changed since 1989. But the weather, wetness, cold, freezing blistering rain, fresh air, summers unlike no other, and feel are still the same. Bremerton will always be a huge Navy town and the state of Washington will always be military friendly (Navy, Army, Air Force bases all over the place). I live in Southern California now and I consider Socal my new home...but Bremerton will always be in my heart and I wouldn't mind visiting every few years. Great post, btw.
Thank you for your contribution and your service! I really enjoyed your comment :)
lmao shows footage of London
It's a dry rain 🌧
That's an interesting way of putting it!
I'm interested in 55+ mobile communities in Kitsap County. I have found Kitsap Lake Mobile Homes but wondering if there were others.
Hello! There are several 55+ communities around. If you like, we can chat about it offline so I can help you find what you're looking for. 360-710-6641 [email protected] Talk soon :)
@@livinginbremerton I would love an update on this information.
@@robinmccoy8755 Thanks for your request! I'll get an updated video for 2024 shortly.
1:40 same. Though I did recently hear a rumor that rates may go down as a Biden re-election strategy...but I'm not counting on it ;)
While I can't speak to any election strategy, it is a trend that rates tend to hold or come down in an election year.
Thank you for your service🫡.
Thank you for your support 😊
🐢
I love turtles!
I am an Indian; my girlfriend belongs to port Orchard
Cool!
If only I could stop listening to “move to Bremerton” by MXPX
I know!!! It's our musical claim to fame.
Grew up here, good times.
I did not, but I've heard that the East Bremerton kids were the cool kids 😎
Music is distracting
I've lived in victoria bc in the past is Bremerton equally scenic worth visiting??
There are parts of Kitsap that are worth a visit, and rival the beauty of Victoria. It's been 20 years since I've been there, but I remember it being so pretty and charming.
Lived in Bremerton twice while in the Marine Corps. Loved Wa state back then. Sad to see Seattle go downhill. NE Echo Dr off Kitsap Way. Memories. Thanks for sharing
Thank you for sharing! And thank you for your service!!
Can't hear you, the music is really inadvisable! So distracting also. So wanted to hear this but no good.
I'm moving my family to Poulsbo for a new position. This video really helped me out
Awesome, glad you're finding the channel helpful!
does the fast ferry also have a car dock?
The fast ferry does not have a car dock. It's walk on with bikes or scooters only. The state ferry can accommodate almost 200 vehicles though.
