Accept praise and criticism. A kind person will not only offer praise but constructive criticism. He/she will tell you where you need to improve they’re not going to tell you only what you want to hear 👂. A person that only tells you what you only want to hear. Is a person that cares less about you and doesn’t care if it goes well with you. Dale Carnegie in his book that he published in the 1930’s, “How to Win Friends and Influence People.” Dale brings out how to offer criticism and get away with it. He was talking about constructive criticism and offered suggestions on how to do it. He was also giving advice on how to help others. This book 📖 has been revised many times since the 1930’s it’s a must to read. Till this day it’s still sold in bookstores and it’s a must to read.
