I struggle to find fundus at times mostly pubic bone. I know we are trying to feel for boney part but how to ensure to get accurate measurement by knowing where to start and stop at. Also can you please make video on abdominal palpation and how fo we figure the fetus presentation.

Ma'am usg scan it shows bulky uterus then it is primary or secondary dysmenorrhoea
It will depend on the entire clinical profile of the patient and examination findings, not just USG.
