Can someone tell me how that "powerstation" type of light effect is done? And what equipment is needed to do something similar? Hardware name, make, model, etc, if you have that info? I'd also love to see more intricate displays, if anyone knows another video or videos that employ this exact technique? Thanks Mr. and Mrs., Ms or Miss, Sir, Dr., Mstr., Commenter and whomever else I've missed. Best regards, D.

I don't know who he is but he wasn't right for singing Dave's parts in this. Does Roger play in quad like Floyd did?

First night I saw the show (saw it 2 nights in a row) I had no idea what was coming> First part/half of the show with the huge LED screen, I thought "I expected more" Then after intermission those noises started and that stuff came down from the ceiling, and what happened BLEW my mind. Turning into the Greatest Sho on Earth. Utterly amazing what a, absolute genius Roger is

Agreed my friend. Was there and last June 02 at the Hydro for this is a drill it’s was a remarkable experience and such a thought provoking nostalgic masterpiece. I must admit I was in tears for part of the show I just couldn’t help myself. Love Roger. He’s a legitimate legend. ✌️ 🐷 ✌️

A group of ‘barbie’ girls were doing that near the front of the stage at Glade - a group of us were trying to listen to a German artist on a rare visit to the UK … I went up to the biggest loudmouth and said “ Do you mind moving over there please (pointing to a distant hillside outside the Festival site) … some of us have paid good money to hear this talented guy … not to listen to you talking “bollox” about what you had for breakfast.” …. she gave me the foulest look possible … and stomped off with her friends out of the tent! …. So best RESULT possible 👍… those around me gave a wry smile and got to hear the guy without these rude ignorant people around … and the artist got the respect he deserved for travelling so far with all his gear to deliver a really brilliant bit of ambient genius. … sans voice drone interruptions - which weren’t on the album. …. So, my advice … don’t seethe in silence … catch them early on … make your point relatively politely … and just pray they’re not on day release from some psycho facility …. which seems to be a common problem with the worst blabbermouths - generally drugged up and thinking they are dishing out pearls of wisdom … rather than talking shite.

They seem to have drifted away from their electronic dub roots … and lost their mojo … fusing African rhythms with patois … turning their classic Leftism album into unrecognisable butchered uninspiring ‘soup’. Glad I caught them at Bluedot a few years back paying respectful homage to that work … to an amazing backdrop projection. Fans are pretty devastated how few songs since that heady debut … even come close to generating the same excitement.
