The community is about 30 miles from downtown Dallas. As far as from Downtown Frisco, maybe 5 miles.

I think the bulder charge more only due to it's branding & nothing else🤷🏻♂️! You told me that it's lowest listing or size like stuff home. For a community with selling point being the water view, yet the dinning area has half solid wall blocking the view… what a thoughtful design 😂 and the super narrow office! MANY tract builders can do better than that 😅

At 1.5 mil there should be zero carpet. Wood and stone floors only.
This is the lowest price of the 3 we toured. The others were mid $3 millions. In this community it is about the waterfront lots. That’s what they are paying for, this one was an interior lot on a pond. Many people like having carpet in the bedrooms so they are not so cold when walking around and the sound doesn’t echo. @@DallasTXHomeTours In my opinion, a softer type of music would work better and at a lower volume. This type of high-energy music doesn't match this type of home tour. You're better off with coffee shop lofi tunes. Btw, I shoot and edit real estate videos from time to time.
Okay my OCD is fixated on the misplaced TV in the living room-it should be centered over the fireplace. I am also distracted by the flashing lights in the kitchen cupboards above the stove area. Doors going out to patio should be folding doors that can open completely.

Nice house, but in the last bedroom I would move the bathroom/closet wall out a little for more room and I hope they reinforced that floor for the gym area.
