Perfect. Back to basics with a balance of progressive steps and no BS wasting time. I appreciate the comment on sessions. I like your style. It helped me a lot as a 75 year old rider keeping both the visuals and the commentary clean and on track. Thanks, I am going out to practice now.

Appreciate this.. I had this set up style for years then was told to change it up with my first modern mtb…rolled forward bar and levers up. Hasnt been fun, just knifed bad at kitsuma - fell 4x as much in my enduro race… elbows killing me. Less interest in ride, but the change i guess had to happen so I experienced what it was like. Back to comfort for me!!!

Quick question, do you personally like to error on the side of more pulled in or rolled over the front wheel when it comes to bar roll.

Another thing I think that affects lean is how long a person's bars are (whatever they were trimmed to) and how long a person's arms are. Leaning forward and keeping elbows out/up allows articulation, but there's a limit to reach especially with wide bars. Dropping pedals isn't so much a technique to do for the sake of making shapes, it's more necessary to keep from bashing one's foot on terrain, or dragging the ground on the lowside.

Thanks Aaron for the video. Using the five ten and x2 pedals for some time now. With no shim very hard to get in and out, with tension to the lowest. I put in one plastic shim, and grooves were building, but still not really smooth, always takes time to clip back in. Tried with 2 plastic shims today, it’s smooth but the cleat is far out so walking on the cleats a lot. Should I try the Giro Chamber?
