This chest fly is the best way to do it on TRX. Less strain on the shoulders. Unfortunately for this exercise it would be nice if the hand strap was wider as it feels like my forearms will snap in half.
Thank you so much! I'm hoping this will really help a family member who is having some problems. Going to check with his PT first, but I really think this would be great for him after he gets enough reformer sessions to get the idea.(And helpful for me too because I can't go to class every day, after all. ;) )

Hi MIchele. Thanks for your comment. My mats are from the top of my reformer equipment which is why they are raised. I'm not sure you can find the same type. I did find a large, somewhat thick mat on amazon that might work for you. It's a little expensive but if comfortable and large enough might be worth it.
