I am going to tell you something about me people following this channel do not know. At twenty years old I decided anything that goes in and on my body must be real and natural (organic). So in order to do that I cooked my own food and started using natural non-process products on my skin. I started learning the best ways to use herbals to cook. I mastered the art just for myself and lived healthy life.

    Bammy is not cassava mix up with other stuff sir. Bammy is so so cassava with a little salt optional and you bake it . Wha laaa!!!

    I went by the recipe exactly. They turned out too doughy. Had to let cool and bake for a while to fully cook. Something is missing here. Used all purpose flour, no baking powder, water, sugar. and then fry. Maybe needs corn starch.

    Is this antiviral, too? If so, and COVID-19 rises again, this could kill the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Of course, it will prevent all life-threatening invasions by, say, S. aureus bacteria. And prevent all heart attacks. You should submit this recipe to the FDA for approval and then sell millions of jars in the United States.

    Hi Miquel, I tried your pig trotters recipe after 8yrs of saving the video 😅. Primarily because I didn’t think I could do it. Maaaaan, I should’ve tried it a looong time ago. The flavor is absolutely aromatic and for sure DELICIOUS!! The NATURAL herbs and spices you use gave the food such a potent and sweet flavor. I used all natural and uncrushed herbs.     Very nice, but you know well Jamaicans would never put any meat from package to pot without rinsing with a little white vinegar and lime/lemon. Why did you do that?

    I think it is the light in the rib that run the bloody water. When you are cleaning up your whole chicken you can see it in the rib section. If you put it to thaw out you will notice it.
