I went by the recipe exactly. They turned out too doughy. Had to let cool and bake for a while to fully cook. Something is missing here. Used all purpose flour, no baking powder, water, sugar. and then fry. Maybe needs corn starch.

Hi Miquel, I tried your pig trotters recipe after 8yrs of saving the video 😅. Primarily because I didn’t think I could do it. Maaaaan, I should’ve tried it a looong time ago. The flavor is absolutely aromatic and for sure DELICIOUS!! The NATURAL herbs and spices you use gave the food such a potent and sweet flavor. I used all natural and uncrushed herbs. I think it is the light in the rib that run the bloody water. When you are cleaning up your whole chicken you can see it in the rib section. If you put it to thaw out you will notice it.
