Lovely villa that ticks every box. If and when my house ever gets sold, this one is on the list for viewing. Any reason why the pool above ground and not sunken? Land planning issues? Also, are there any facilities, bar, shop, within a sensible walking distance, say 10-15 minutes?

Nice property. Interior design is a little different. We are from the UK and im sick of the weather and now considering a move. Im told if we buy a house outright for around 500k we get a gold card. Not sure it's legit but am now really considering it

The house is absolutely gorgeous but what are you going to do there? There is absolutely nothing going on. Everything is quite far away. I would buy this unseen of it wasn't for the location. Search youtube for videos of El Contador and make your decision

Really nicely done and very interested,only issue i have is the risk of flooding due to height of ground windows and main door and water coming down hill at pace .Has this property suffered from flooding in the past?

Is there a dog on the roof terrace when the property is empty?
A bargain in some way. Yet the door to the roof terrace, which is the only outside space, is quite small and one has to crawl to get out of there. There is no mention of the possibility to enlarge the door or simply moving the staircase over to the higher part of this area...
