  Recently received the 81M as well and disappointed with how un-ergonomic the buttons are. Would much prefer velcro. Overall, a great company though and love their Kaffarov plate carriers

  It might be due to the weight of the follower or how strong it retain back the spring. Because if the casing get strike like that means that the bullet after the one that got ejected, sprung up a bit too much and caught on the bolt when it rides forward.

  No, I’m going to try in a different mag first. The 556 did seem a little long for the mag itself. Going to try a slimmer mag and see what happens. My 556 (10) mags work great otherwise

  @@dingleberryflosser4438i think in the trex arms video on the chest rig they go over it and he only puts one ar10 mag inside of it. I think not exactly sure.

  I got one from SSC few weeks ago and was genuinely surprised that this thing hold zero from all the abused I did to it LOL I can put 8 of these on 8 of my guns for the price of 1 dbal...that is ridiculously, you can't beat that. I hope they can keep making them so I can finish all my project guns.

  The radio isn't usable in this bag without external mike. The internal mike is hidden insedie the bag.

  Hey that's interesting because SOMEONE sold me a GBRS sling that have all plastic hardwares and I've been carrying that in the back of my Honda Civic is that FULL OF all sorts of coolant, oil, and chemicals to keep the car running. Luckily I never ran into the issue you've mentioned. Seems like now I need to look for one with steel hardware.

  Hey , I got a bit confused is this chest rig or plate carrier? I am looking for a gift for my bf and this is the top of my budget, he is taking some legit shooting session as a sport soo I am looking for a good plate carrier

  If he needs a dedicated plate carrier I would not buy this. When you put plates in it it’s not super ideal it’s just like a feature if that makes sense. It’s a chest rig that thinks it’s a transformer 😂 If you can, look at “trex arms” sometimes their plate carrier is on sale. If you need something that is setup with pouches and stuff already Facebook groups will be your best bet

  With two 30rd AR mags tin a pouch the flaps barely get enough purchase on the hook and loop, which also had very weak grip. This is why I returned mine. I hope they improve on this on a 2.0 version.

  The option to change it into a pseudo-plate carrier, or full plate carrier with the optional back module is awesome. That being said, in my opinion the best chest-rig out there is the Helikon-Tex Training Mini Rig. Best wishes from Poland!

  You can get them on almost “tactical gear” distributors website. Ferro, spiritus, Haley, etc. they’re called Swift Clips or QASM clips
