What is your off hand / support hand doing in two handed bowling? Can you do a slow motion video explaining this? Love your videos.

Took my kids bowling for the first time the other day. I’m terrible 😂. They had a lot of fun though. They enjoy watching y’all’s videos! I sent your dad some pics!

Straight at the spares. Pick 1 delivery type for the day. Two-handed may have helped with a bandaged funger

not to be rude but you should try to get more behind the ball instead of around it doint that makes your reaction very snappy and incosistent so try to have a more forward and continuos roll you get less splits and it is way more consistent.

Hey man. It’s nice to see the younger players with a good passion for the sport and helping others. I’m 22 myself so i definitely encourage the youth to hit the lanes more when I see it. Don’t worry about the stutters you’re fine. I do it too! I also play 2 handed and will take these tips into account! Also keep working out man! You look amazing. If I had one tip for any future videos like this maybe add some chapters through video timestamps. It’ll help when people need to go back to a certain part or reference it when training!

Hi Rafael & Noah! Don’t feel like you didn’t bowl good! It’s not your fault!! Even the pros have lousy results also! I blame it on the oil pattern on the lane! Rafael that was an awesome split that you made!👏 In bowling you always have to make adjustments! So keep the faith in what you will accomplish! You are always learning!!

It's great to see you guys compete. Since you invited helpful hits, here's mine... Physically - Timing is in your feet. Like a dance, that's a waltz not a swing. Mentally - Transition is real (and all inclusive). Practice shots outside your comfort zone. Best of luck you two and I look forward to you both winning soon 🎳 !!

I'm a 68-year-old one-handed bowler who had not bowled in over 20 years because I had been working my tail off at the end of my career. Now that I'm retired, I got back on the lanes with some new equipment and almost fell on my face because I didn't realize what kind of muscle mass I had lost! So I've been working on that since February', and can now carry a 180 plus average on an open bowling burnt house shot. I would be tempted to work on trying to handed bowling, but realize that I should be at least wearing a motorcycle helmet or something along those lines first, and get in the gym and do some squats so I can be solid at the delivery point. I think with a little workout regimen, I would be able to get my legs strong enough to generate enough ball speed to get it somewhere between 17 and 20 mph. Fortunately my right arm is still strong so I would be able to get that 450 to 500 rev rate at least on fresh oil. Since I'm used to being a one-handed bowler, I'm wondering if I should just stay one-handed and work on getting the ball speed and rev rate there sort of along the lines of EJ Tackett. When I was your ages I was thinking of going pro because I had all the tools and the mindset, except I did not want to live the life of touring and hitting the rabbit squad every week until I won. I really enjoy and appreciate and respect what you guys do here, and came here because of your dad's program. I'm surprised you didn't name your page And We Bowl (roaming lanes 8 thru 28)!

Hi Rafael & Noah! That’s so cool the you got to bowl with Kyle Troup! It’s good to pick up information on your style of bowling! Noah did you get a chance to ask Kyle on your bowling? What was Kyle doing in Japan there? This is another cool video! 👍

He made Noah slow wayyy down, cause Noah’s main focus for the past year has been speed. Noah throws it slower, and is wayy smoother.
