  No can do, bro, I am sorry. The achievements can be shown throughout this walkthrough, like in main missions, stranger missions, challenges, collectibles and more. I almost got every single achievement in story mode except the last 2 for killing and skinning animals - zoologist and skin deep.

  After chapter 1, complete all shop classes and then you should unlock the fastest bike in the game at the garage next to shop class.
