The Adversarial System is often re-purposed and used as a defense (excuse really) by people with high intelligence and low character. The problem is not an adversarial approach, and in fact when the fanboy uses such as a cover-all excuse, they self refute because they are establishing a context of adversarial as opposed to an inquisitorial system. That doesn't, however, justify chicanery, manipulation, and deceit; which is easily employed by corrupt officials within an inquisitorial system. The problem is low character. An dishonorable judge allows dishonorable practices from dishonorable attorneys. Folks like these clips because at our core we hate injustice by any means, including manipulative, domineering court officials in this case. The question we should ask ourselves is, however... Do I tolerate this when it is against someone with an opposing viewpoint? Our society is in collapse because most people, if answering honestly, would say, "Yes, get them! Get them all!"

He can't object since he opened the door in the first place, the moment he opened the door asking the question she could rebuttal by if that's the proper term for this she could counter what he is saying the moment he opened the door he opened the door for further evidence to begin when he be rated her and asked her how can she possibly know it was a one and not a nine the moment he did that she could counter with her own copy.
