  If you wanna train them to stay near you, you can have a leash on them, but drag it on the ground and if they start running away, you can step on it and stop them and they will learn to stay near you when going on walks 0:14

  Pro tip for teething, give Pepsi ice pieces to sooth and relax his teeth. My dogs love ice because we gave it to them young for teething.
