  I just saw the video of him driving by the accident , there was a vehicle passing in the slow lane and as soon as the car passed you can see his tires in the other lane and if someone is passing him how are they saying he didn’t slow down

  R.I.P to my cousin she had so much going on for her in life just for it to be taken so early. Life plans,school and more. She aint deserve this at all.   Reopen it as a mall if not a living space? Sorry, but malls are still a thing! Now that Covid is over, I think people want a place they can go to shop like a mall! We used to love going there, but, especially with the heat, a nice air conditioned space with multiple stores sounds great. If not a mall, then like others have said, repurpose the building for a living area for the elderly. I will say though, that it would be very expensive. We have to consider how much it would cost to run such a place.
